As a property manager, it’s rare to find a vendor who can cover such a wide service area and still deliver this level of quality. Diaz Landscaping & Snowplow has been outstanding. Pedro and Guadalupe are excellent communicators, charge fair rates, and are always willing to tailor their services to the specific needs of each property—whether residential or commercial. If anything ever comes up, they resolve it quickly and with a great attitude. It’s taken me a long time to find a partner like this, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. They were supposed to extend my play area do the side garden and remove only unwanted plants/trees in our pool area.

We had issues as soon as the owner left. Tore up our yard and our neighbors. They fixed ours after we said something but did not fix the neighbors. They broke 2 sprinklers and never came back to fill in the hole they dug to try and fix the one sprinkler. Big liability for my job and a child could have fell.

What I am most angry about is the fact we paid an awful lot of money And part of that was to remove the trumpeting vines and Mulberry tree in our pool area. They ended up taking all of my flowers out. And they even took out two rose bushes that were on the outside of the fence, which they should have never even touched it in the first . when confronted, they put the flowers back into the ground two days later but they were dead when they did that. Now everything that was supposed to have been removed wasn’t removed. It was just cut down which I could have done. Everything is growing back except the flowers that were to stay. Very, very disappointed as we have a lot of work to do outside.

As a widow, I need help with my lawn, and driveway in the winter. They take care of me! They are right on top of all my needs!!

I've used Witte Lawn Maintenance to take care of my yard. They did a great job fertilizing and maintaining my lawn. I'm hiring them again this year. One less thing for me to worry about.

No show yet this winter. I ended up doing the drive myself after phone calls. They stated they couldn’t start until after 4 A.M.because of heavy snowfall yet as of 1 P.M. not done. They have been paid for the season. I am a heart patient

Just used Mark and the team at Witte Lawn Maintenance for the first time and couldn't be happier. They helped with some water management issues with a dry well and French Drain, as well as a rain garden in another area. They aren't even quite finished, have to come back later for plantings because of an issue on our end, and I can already say I am thrilled with the work. Great employees, good communication, and easy to work with. We're already considering other future projects with them. Thank you!

I have use Witte lawn maintenance for my snowplowing for the last four years. They have not failed me and I’m very pleased with their service. Highly recommend. I especially like the snow blower versus the snow plow. If you want to get in with them next year I would say call by the end of September.

Excellent service for snow removal. They use a blower on the driveway which is great. Also, send email updates so you know when they are coming. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with how our yard and landscaping turned out! We had Marks team put in some sod, hydroseed, irrigation system, gutters, a beach area and landscaping with rocks and plants around the home. The team was very quick installing everything and very professional. Mark drew up a very nice design which we only altered a little and he was great about any changes. A couple of plants didn’t make it through the winter and they replaced them for us! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
