These 3 girls did a great job and worked hard and fast! Very impressed and happy we had them clean. Worth every penny!

The cleaning (signed up for a deep clean prior to moving into our new house) was not up to expectations for the price paid. There were several areas/items that I requested that were not completed. In addition, the crew was substantially late (when we were not moved in yet and had to wait for their arrival to let them into the house with other obligations/scheduling conflicts). We were offered a small, partial, refund (~18%), for the inconvenience, which I'm grateful for, but returning to clean areas that were missed was not offered to us, so that was disappointing.

Cammi and Emma did an exceptional job today on my Initial Clean B. I love sitting and looking around my freshly cleaned home.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for about a year. The cleanings have been good, but today Erica and Cammy blew us away. The detail they put into everything today was above and beyond what we expected today. They organized things throughout the house, and not just in the “area of rotation.”

This was my first clean with the Cleaning Authority. I initially met Adam the CEO and one of the two Franchise Owners. He was such an excellent representative for the company. Ashley, the Office Manager, is also superb to deal with.
I really liked the Cleaners they sent today. They were professional yet friendly. They did a great job on my place. I’m continuing their service and are happy to have found them!

Amber came and cleaned my kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. She did an amazing job and was very adorable! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Really great experience with the service. Performed detail cleaning at a very reasonable rate. Cleaner was there for 4 hours and did a deep clean of everything including into your windows, oven, fridge. The place looked great when she was done. I’m even thinking of talking to her for a regular cleaning service once every couple weeks. She is very professional & respectful I would definitely recommend her!!

Cleaned behind appliances inside of appliances All the areas that a perspective tenant looks. Shiny countertops clean fan blades dusted ductwork.
Plus she's a happy person to work with.

Flowers are slim picking at the moment but lots of clearance items. Got some overlapping rock edging for $0.90 each. Was $3.74 each. Wife found some discount flowers. The trip covered all of our yard needs and then some.

Leaf removal was done very thorough and efficiently. Branches were also removed and any items left in yard by children were put on deck after it was cleared of leaves.

Amazing service and quality. They are also extremely professional.
