I decided to hire The Cleaning Authority for a one-time cleaning before I had some friends come into town for a visit. I’ve been struggling with keep the house clean, and I needed a fresh start.

I am extremely happy with the results. The apartment looked amazing after they were done. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless. The floors were perfect. My place was very messy, especially these areas, and they looked immaculate after the cleaning.

In addition, the cleaners went above and beyond. They fixed a lampshade that had fallen off of one of my lamps. They organized my entire desk, which I assumed they would not bother with. They put out all of my knick knacks in a really aesthetically pleasing way. They moved my mini fridge to clean behind it. They even moved a chest of drawers to a new place, and I was like, wow, it makes so much more sense there!

Cammy and Jessica were extremely nice and non-judgmental the entire time they were in the home. I was feeling a little embarrassed about the mess, but they put me at ease. They asked me to do a once over of the home to ensure that everything was to my liking, and it definitely exceeded my expectations.

The service was not cheap, but it was worth it to get a fresh start to my home, especially with friends coming into town. I’m very grateful for their help!

Very impressed with our first clean. Had worked with a different provider, and felt we had to ask for each thing to be cleaned. This service was so extensive, and they even folded the baby blanket to show her name in the nursery. Thank you! Excited to come home to our home now!

Tammy, Jennifer and Hailey cleaned my house yesterday and it looks amazing! They are super fun great ladies too. I really enjoyed having them around!

I had the initial two deep cleans done and each time the cleaners missed multiple items on the list they provided and what was discussed in the estimate. Both times I called and the management wanted proof that they did not do their jobs. When I told them that the area was not cleaned, they said that I was wrong because their cleaner said they did it.

There is not really much to argue with there if they disagree with the customer on what was cleaned. I would rather at this point do it myself than pay $200 each time and pay to put my dogs in boarding.

I do not recommend this franchise. There is nothing more frustrating than to pay good money to make your life a little bit easier, but it ends up making your life more complicated.

This week's team was FANTASTIC! They did a GREAT job cleaning my home. It was so nice and clean when I got home.

The cleaning team varies from week to week and some are just better than others. This crew has been the best so far.

The sign-up process was super easy. The owner was professional and prompt in communications and the company has been extremely accommodating if we have ever had any changes needed. The best part of The Cleaning Authority is our favorite team, Cammie and Erica... and have specifically requested they be assigned to us if at all possible. They're extremely friendly, professional, and are simply pleasant to have around. They've never messed anything up and do their job to the highest level of quality and service.

In all sincerity, they're easily the reason why we have stuck with The Cleaning Authority. Please don't ever unassign them from us.

I HATE deep cleaning and with an active schedule and 2 kids I'm constantly picking up after, not to mention the herd of neighborhood kids who come to my house, it's hard to keep up. The CA did a fabulous job. Everything on my "Get to later" list is done so i can focus on the "right now" list.

Looked all the extra details around! My kids will be so excited seeing their rooms! Took a load off my shoulders for sure. Excited to be a new home of the cleaning authority family!

I have used The Cleaning Authority for several years. I’m always happy with the results. I love using their app to schedule, reschedule or cancel cleanings. I can also add spaces to be cleaned (spaces that I chose not to clean every visit). I receive a text reminder the day before and another the next day letting me know the team is in the way. Their staff has always been professional and pleasant. My home and I are well cared for.

Cammy and Erica came out to clean a new house I had just moved into and were beyond fantastic. They’re very quick and detail oriented in their work, and are incredibly friendly. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Booking the service itself was also quick and easy, and their scheduler, Ashley, was very accommodating of my availability.

Overall, would absolutely use the service again. Big thank you to Cammy and Erica for all their help!

Started a regular cleaning schedule with TCA. Amazing clean!! The house looks spotless and was a pleasure to walk into - even after the little kids had ran all over it before I got home :) Thank you!! Looking forward to our next cleaning!!

Very disappointed, they came to clean my home and missed an entire bathroom and more. I contacted them right away, they came back the next day and still missed cleaning areas that were supposed to be done. The “deep clean” was not deep at all. I had to spend a lot of time calling, emailing, sending photos. I did everything I was supposed to do to follow up with this poor job, it was $230 and they wouldn’t even consider refunding me 50%. Definitely do not recommend.

I've used The Cleaning Authority for 6 months at two houses. The cleaners I've had do excellent work. It's so nice to have the standard housekeeping done when I get home at the end of the day.
Today I came home in time to see the cute bed setup that Mace and Brandi left for the dogs. They do a great job!

This was my first time using The Cleaning Authority for house cleaning and I was so happy with them! 3 friendly cleaners showed up on time, and later a supervisor came to check the work. I felt they were thorough, they took the time to point out some issues in the house, and they asked questions from time to time, which I appreciated. I love that they have standards to follow, and are backed by a company. I have tried several private cleaners that were slightly cheaper, but did not do a good job, so this was well worth the price.

The cleaning team always does an awesome job! They are quick and thorough. Definitely recommend this company.
