I got the 7 room deal. They arrived on time. They both were very friendly. They answered all my questions I had. My carpet in all my rooms looks absolutely beautiful and smells really good. It dried pretty fast. I will definitely call this company again when I need it.

I am amazed at how well my carpets turned out! Ryan was responsive and in contact every step of the process. I highly recommend him!

Do not recommend. Here's why:

1. Photos below are AFTER cleaning. As I had to leave midway through the visit, I intentionally left a small piece of tissue paper in corner of room to be cleaned. It wasn't moved or even wet after visit. Customers should be able to trust that work billed for is being done and not have to babysit crew during visit.

2. After I posted review, which was honest in work not done and did not in any way violate Google's review policies, manager sent me a threatening text to remove it.

3. Then my review, which was live for 4 days, did go missing. I've notified Google about missing review and situation and they are monitoring this review. No one should have to do this after having a bad experience with a company and leaving an honest review about it.

4. My original review included helpful "going forward" information for the company. I will repeat that here: It would have been nice to receive a call before tech's arrival and at arrival to talk me through process and ask if I had any questions or concerns. Such as, it would have been helpful to have them mention that paint/trim could be damaged in process.

UPDATE in response to OWNER June 16 2022:

1. I was not upset with the price. In fact, I asked to have 24 vents cleaned vs 10 scheduled on original appointment request AND the tile. I gave you MORE business on the spot! I was never upset with the price and gave the techs a check for the full amount they showed on invoice at the start of the visit. :-)

2. I have 3 kids and life happens and I had to go get them during the visit.

3. Techs did not appear to have any concerns or share any concerns they had with me before I asked if I could leave. So I figured I could leave.
They also did not call or text when I was out so I assumed there were no concerns. I don't know what other family member there was here that had concerns as it was just me and my 4 year old who was not concerned about anything. Your response does not make sense.

4. It's within my right to ask for a discount considering how I was billed (for work not done) and also to write a negative review. YOU threatened me to take review down, and days later it was missing, except for one picture that had no context. The one rogue photo with my written review missing was a red flag to Google that my account had been hacked by a third party to remove review. I also got lots of spam texts after you sent threat text/missing review and I do not think that is a coincidence.

5. One can get a discount on something and still post a negative review.
A discount does not make up for a lack in quality of service.

6. It's none of your business to infer what people can and can't afford. I PAID IN FULL with a check (check = money in the bank = I can afford). I paid BEFOE job was done expecting all work paid for to be done well. A snide remark implying I cannot afford your services is undoubtedly the best reason for others not to do business with Aggressive Cleaning LLC.

You were upset with the price before we began, but told us to proceed. You left before we told you the concerns we had, and your family member didn't share them with you. You then threatened a discount to prevent a bad review on Google (which I gave a discount and yet you still posted a bad review?) Please, next time if you can't afford a service nor want to listen to any concerns we have, don't book the appointment.

I used The Cleaning Authority for several months for a residential home. Despite their sales pitch, you never receive a consistent cleaning crew. Some crews are great. Others don't treat your home with much care. Expect dinged baseboards and nicked walls. The owners will cover damages if an employee self-reports the damage. If the home owner reports damage, the answer was, "our crew said they didn't do it." Then they cancel your service and leave you with no recourse but to write this type of review. I submitted a BBB complaint. I strongly recommend finding an alternate cleaning service.

They do a wonderful job and are very efficient.

They did everything that I hoped they would….and they were cheerful and took care of my dog.
