Dercon completed an extensive kitchen remodel and added an additional bathroom in the footprint of our previous kitchen and formal dining space in our 1914 house. It involved removing a wall, rerouting radiator heat pipes, resizing windows, and nearly everything else a large project might require. From start to finish everyone at Dercon was a pleasure to deal with during the project. We couldn't recommend Dercon enough! We will actually be using them again for an exterior siding project in the spring of 2024.

Dercon did a water claim for us and performed a flood cut, drywall work, paint, carpet, closet, millwork and brought our house back to it's original condition. Actually they restored it to a better than when we bought it condition. The company and contractors were all personable and asked questions throughout the project to make sure things were done to our liking. Cannot say enough good things about the work and the quality of how this room in our basement looks now. Nicely done!

Dercon recently did a bathroom renovation for us, and we could not be more happy with the results! Derek and Conner were great to work with, while Dan and the crew took care of us. They made sure things were right and communicated well in every step. We'd highly recommend Dercon for any project!

I had Dercon Construction install a new storm door and window, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. The team was punctual, courteous, and paid close attention to detail, making sure everything was installed cleanly and securely.

The finished product looks fantastic both inside and out. The new door adds so much natural light, and the window is a huge upgrade that really enhances the whole space. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the craftsmanship.

We had a great experience with Mission Contracting. We used them for a master bath remodel.
Brian came to our initial meeting prepared and followed up quickly with a formal bid that was fully itemized. It was professional, easy to understand, and helped set clear expectations from the start. The price in on budget and there were no surprises.
Throughout the project, Brian kept everything organized with a shared Google Doc schedule that he regularly updated. It clearly outlined what was happening and when, which made the whole process feel very transparent and manageable.
The project started and finished on time, just as planned. We did have a small delay caused by a separate contractor we brought in, but Brian adjusted his schedule without any issues and kept things moving smoothly.
We also appreciated how flexible Brian was in working with a cabinet company we chose instead of using his usual one. He collaborated well with them and made the process seamless.
All of the subcontractors were professional, friendly, and respectful of our space. They consistently cleaned up at the end of each day, vacuuming and keeping both the work area and surrounding spaces neat.
Brian’s wife, Nicole, was also great to work with. She helped answer some design questions over email, did a few touch-ups, and even brought us a thoughtful care package after the project was complete.
We did run into one issue with our heated floor; they didn’t work as expected, and it was completely outside of Brian’s control. What really stood out was how he handled it. He was upfront, communicative, and gave us clear options for how to move forward. In the end, we decided to skip the heated floors to avoid redoing the tile, and Brian more than fairly compensated us for that decision. Honestly, I almost wouldn’t mention it but I think it says a lot about how someone handles challenges, and Brian handled it really well. We were very satisfied with the outcome.
Our bathroom turned out beautiful, and we’re already planning to work with Mission Contracting again in the future.
