After calling to compare prices to get our dishwasher fixed, we settled on Dan because he has a set price for labor no matter how long the job ends up taking. I appreciate the straightforwardness of that! He got back to me quickly, and was able to diagnose the problem of why our dishwasher kept stopping mid-cycle within a half hour or so. He came back a few days later with the needed part but told me to call if the problem persisted because. He offers a 30-day guarantee on his work. When the dishwasher stopped again the following week, he was out a day or two later and fixed it for good this time ( a trial-and-error-process). He was professional, easy to talk to, and patient with the steady stream of dogs and kids in my house. I will definitely call him again with any appliance issues. Highly recommend.

I gave Dan a call regarding our refrigerator acting up in the afternoon expecting a next day show, but Dan was able to stop by that same day. He was very professional, and very honest with us. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and were very nervous about having to pay someone to come fix something. I took the time to find someone locally that was a BBB Accredited business and they were practically down the street! Dan was super helpful and actually took the time to educate me on several things during his visit to our home and ended up costing way less than what we were anticipating! If we ever need any AC, heating, or appliance repair we know who to call! 10/10 would recommend.

Dan was very prompt and professional. We called other repair services and all of them gave us the story that they were too busy it would be a few weeks before they could be out. Dan answered his phone right away. It was so nice to get a real person to answer instead of a computer. He came out in a few days and diagnosed the problem. My washer broke down and I found Dan/We Care through a Google search. I am so glad I did! Dan called me back and was able to fit me in that day. He was professional and was able to fix our washer in a reasonable amount of time. I will most definitely be calling again next time we have a heating/air/appliance issue!

Dan is amazing. He is knowledgeable, professional and has great communication. He has installed appliances for us, fixed two showers and made a simple suggestion for fixing a leak that save us hundreds of dollars over other contractors solutions and estimates for the leak. Dan is the only contractor we will be using from now on.

With the exchange of a few photos and some questions, Dan quoted us a very reasonable price on a repair for our 17-yr-old washing machine, but he was also frank about the overall longevity of the machine.
So, we decided to replace the machine,and he also gave us some suggestions for that.

We had a great experience with Dan at We Care Heating & Air. He was very flexible in scheduling and able to make time for us at the end of his day as we had other conflicts during his other openings this week. Very professional and able identify the issue with our ice maker and leak in water supply line. I will be recommending Dan to my friends who may need appliance repair or HVAC in the future.

Dan fixed our ice maker. He showed up on time diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, contacted us promptly when they arrived and repaired our icemaker quickly. I highly recommend Dan and service matters to anybody who is looking for an honest fair priced appliance repair person.

My relatively new fridge was struggling to maintain a temperature under 40 degrees. I called around to ask for someone to come take a look and Service Matters was the only company that answered the phone (one other company did return a call... 2 days later and after Dan had come out to look at my fridge). He informed me of my options and then scheduled an appointment to come out. He was on-time, professional and very neat. He identified the issue, ordered new parts and found a way to get my repair done as soon as the parts came in. His prices are fair and his service is exceptional! I highly recommend Dan with Service Matters!

Very pleased with our service from Dan for our oven. He was very professional, quick to return calls, scheduled diagnostic visit and ordered necessary parts for repair quickly! I hope we don't have a need for future appliance repairs but if we do, we will defiantly call Dan again!

Our refrigerator that was less than 2 years old decided to die, no longer under warranty. Dan was able to get to our house the same day, after hours (for a reasonable additional fee) to diagnose the problem. Although it took a while to get parts and get it fixed, Dan did a great job communicating with me, keeping me informed on how long it will take and how much it will cost. Dan was very courteous and professional, and got our fridge fixed up!

Dan at “We Care” was the only person to take my call on a weekend when my fridge broke. He was responsive, transparent on pricing and even took the time to educate on what happened to my refrigerator’s cooling system. He is a trustworthy, diligent and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend him to all.

Made an appointment for service on our dryer for a week out. The day of the appointment, 30 minutes before the appointment, my husband received a text from Dan saying that he was cancelling the appointment because “we are too far away”. He has been to our home before for a service call and even gave us his card/magnet to call him in the future. Poor way to run a business. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not recommend to anyone we know.
