    After calling to compare prices to get our dishwasher fixed, we settled on Dan because he has a set price for labor no matter how long the job ends up taking. I appreciate the straightforwardness of that! He got back to me quickly, and was able to diagnose the problem of why our dishwasher kept stopping mid-cycle within a half hour or so. He came back a few days later with the needed part but told me to call if the problem persisted because. He offers a 30-day guarantee on his work. When the dishwasher stopped again the following week, he was out a day or two later and fixed it for good this time ( a trial-and-error-process). He was professional, easy to talk to, and patient with the steady stream of dogs and kids in my house. I will definitely call him again with any appliance issues. Highly recommend.

Dan was super helpful and actually took the time to educate me on several things during his visit to our home and ended up costing way less than what we were anticipating!     Dan was very prompt and professional. We called other repair services and all of them gave us the story that they were too busy it would be a few weeks before they could be out. Dan answered his phone right away. It was so nice to get a real person to answer instead of a computer. He came out in a few days and diagnosed the problem. When we got the repair parts he came out the next day and installed then. Washer working again. Highly recommend "WE CARE"
