Top tier Appliance Repair, got my refrigerator up and running this morning.
Anything BUT reliable. ZERO stars. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are a 3rd party who farm out the actual repair to other companies - I was given a window of 8am-Noon. At 7:45am I received a text to say they would let me know when they were heading our way. By 1:30, no one had shown. I texted and said not to bother, as they missed their window and we would not be home. On Monday (their phones were down all weekend) I called to complain and was assured I would not be charged. Days later, sure enough, the repair company (based out of Texas?) charged me. This is the worst kind of fly-by-night, shady organization who take no responsibility for the service they arrange. There is NOTHING about this company that one could call reliable.
After a bad experience with those guys, I can say that they followed trough and made it right. Thank you
