They helped me with a one time clean for the holidays, without their help I would not have had the time.

My family was coming to town last minute and my house was a mess…Teresa sent a crew over last minute and they did an AMAZING JOB…THANK YOU!!

They did a deep clean for a good friend of mine, very professional and patient. Highly recommended.

Two Sisters

I thought the cleaning was adequate. I thought the communication was poor. Out of 5 scheduled cleanings, 3 were no shows, no calls to cancel. I was repeatedly told I would receive a call/text the night before with an approximate arrival time. This did not happen.

Yesterday I was to have a free cleaning for one of the no shows. That cleaning was also a no show.

I called late yesterday afternoon to find out what happened to the cleaning. I am still waiting for a return call.

Lyle and Teresa are absolutely the best! They were responsive to our needs, very professional,punctual and thorough. They got a tough job done in a shorter time than I thought and I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs! They were amazing!!

Lyle and Teresa just cleaned my house and did an amazing job! Very thorough, very professional. They checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I also manage apartments and I look forward to establishing a relationship with them for those cleaning needs as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but first let me tell you why. I used Two Sisters cleaning for the first time in 2022. They were reasonably priced and seemed to do ok work. The cleaning wasn't spectacular, but as the house just needed a quick clean it was fine. I tried hiring them again a few months later, and they didn't show up. Apparently one of the cleaners was fired, and they couldn't find a replacement. I didn't use them for a while, and thought I'd give them another shot as they message me once a month to see if I need cleaning services. I book an appointment for myself and for a friend's house. On the day of the appointment they didn't show up. I reached out and was told one of the cleaners had a medical emergency. While not pleased, the owner and I agreed to try again later in the week. They were supposed to arrive at 1:30 to clean my house today. I texted first thing in the morning to confirm, and all was set. Not surprisingly, the crew didn't show up, the owner has yet to respond, and no work has been done.

The reason I would give this company 0 stars is because they just don't show up. How can they claim to be a business if they don't work. A one start review is for a company that doesn't do a great job, but at least did something. I do not recommend hiring this company, you'll just end up doing the cleaning yourself anyway, which then means you wasted a day waiting for them and now have to replan your schedule because you'll have to do the cleaning.

Used this business for move-out cleaning. Cleaners arrived hours after the given window and we were weren’t given proper notice for theirs delay - very laissez faire. After they finished we noticed banisters weren’t wiped down, dirt clearly visible in the sliding doors, oven wasn’t fully cleaned, and the kitchen sinks didn’t look like they were touched. My parents ended up re-cleaning after they left as we were showing the property that week. I reached out to the business owner stating I was not satisfied with the service and provided pictures. They apologized and said they would come back the following day but it was too late. I requested a refund/adjustment of services but no response.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! This is the absolute worst cleaning company out there!
They do the most HALF FAST job I've ever seen consistently... I've had them clean my house 3 times now and it's a poor job then they cleaned one of my clients houses and he complained that it was half fast! I had to call and ask to have them give money back!
The owner pretty much only communicates through text message. I've barely been able to get her on the phone.
Last time the cleaners came to my house, I wrote a hand written note thanking the cleaners and left two $50 bills for the two cleaners because it's around the holidays and I had asked for some extra cleaning of the base boards, doors and walls to be wiped down. They took the money, did a half fast job on the STANDARD CLEANING and never did the base boards, walls or doors! Straight up robbed me!
It took the owner a week to call me back...
WORST SERVICE EVER! I will never use them again!

Teresa and her staff just cleaned my house for the first time and they did an amazing job. I was so impressed with their work. The entire house smelled so fresh and clean. We will definitely be using their services regularly!
