Daisy Carpet does a great job. We use them for upholstery cleaning and area rug cleaning (always smells so good when they are done!) Responsive and incredible customer service. We had a small stain on carpet but didn't need the whole thing cleaned, so they cleaned it for us no charge while they were here. Thank you!

I have a hand-woven wool area rug and it needed to be cleaned because my dog keeps throwing up on it (sorry for the detail). It's a very sensitive rug and when I rub it too much, the color comes off. Daisy did a great job with it! They were very responsive, picked up the rug on the day I called, delivered it 3 days later and it looked great! I can highly recommend them!

Daisy to the rescue! I needed my carpet cleaned quick and was able to get them the very next morning. They did an excellent job, super professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We had a bit of a dog related carpet emergency. And I was able to explain what needed cleaning over the phone and was given very clear pricing breakdown. They were able to come out that day, and the communication on timing was excellent.

Daisy was exceptional quality all the way around! We used them for carpet cleaning as well as grout cleaning. They were professional, on time, and very responsive when setting up the appointment. The customer service we received throughout the job was absolutely fantastic!! Our carpets looked beautiful, and the clean grout in our bathrooms made the tile look new! We are so glad we decided not to replace the tile and to clean the grout instead. Truly looked new! Could not recommend them more! They stand by their work, and they are wonderful to work with! Definitely the best carpet cleaning company we have ever used in the 30 years we have been homeowners!

This is the first review I have ever done! But I had to because this was such a no nonsense, well executed service and I am highly pleased with my experience. The employees from Daisy that I communicated with were straight to the point and very accommodating when I had questions as a first time customer about cleaning my Turkish wool area rug. The pricing was also very fair for such a thorough cleaning. I hope to keep this rug in great condition for a long time and thanks to Daisy, I have confidence that can happen. I will definitely be back for more routine cleanings and with my other rugs in the future!

We needed our white, satin tufted headboard cleaned. The process so super easy. I texted photos to the owner who confirmed they could help me. The office called the day before reminding me of the appointment. Andrew the technician called in advance on the day of the appointment saying he was on his way. He introduced himself to my husband and me and explained the process. He did the prep including installing a plastic guard around the white painted trim in the entrance to the bedroom to protect the finish. The results exceeded our expectations as it looked new. The pre and post job communication were excellent. I am an interior designer and will refer your company to my clients and our friends. Thanks so much to everyone!

The experience from the beginning to the end was very professional. We are older and not capable of lifting our big rug. They came and picked it up. After a beautiful job of cleaning our 8x11 rug, they returned the rug promptly. Two nice guys returned the rug and positioned the rug exactly where we wanted it. That required moving some of our furniture. I would recommend Daisy to everyone I know.

I forgot the name of the crew member that came out yesterday but I wanted to shout him out. He came around 12pm. He walked me through the process and was very quick and professional! I will definitely be calling Daisy Carpet again for my future cleans! Thank you SO much!!

I initially booked online and was shocked by the cost (high!) but after talking to the folks and actually describing my furniture, they quoted me 1/4 of the initial price. Don’t go by what the online thing says-make sure to check with them as it may be cheaper!

Easy booking, great communication, competitive pricing, fast service. Our lovely dining chairs had been ruined by our feral animals but now they are like new! They were able to get rid of years of food/milk/etc stains that no ‘fabric upholstery cleaner’ I bought myself could do.

It’s not because my daughter’s name is Daisy that I love this company! Excellent communication, easy to schedule, quality work, care for our home and the results were spectacular. The carpet feels so soft. Being 100% wool carpet we were unsure if we needed a specialty carpet cleaner, but Daisy has the expertise. I trust them.
The first time we used them for a pet accident the stain wasn’t 100% removed. They quickly came out, took care of it and it’s completely gone. No questions asked. No excuses. Top notch.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I’ve used Daisey Carpet Cleaning twice before—once paying after the service was complete, and another time giving my card over the phone when I wasn’t home. Both times, payment was handled professionally after the service or during scheduling.

I recently recommended them to my elderly parents, who just experienced a pipe burst and urgently needed cleaning. When the technician Andrew arrived, he refused to start the job until they paid upfront, claiming it was company policy. That’s completely false—there was no such policy when I used their service.

This sudden change in treatment was not only unprofessional, it felt discriminatory. My parents were shocked and uncomfortable. There is no excuse for this kind of inconsistent and disrespectful behavior, especially when dealing with vulnerable customers in a stressful situation.

I’m beyond disappointed. I will never use this company again, and I strongly advise others—especially those referring family—to think twice before trusting Daisey Carpet Cleaning.

I had another company cancel on me twice. We were completely ready for carpet cleaning to be done that day (everything moved etc). I called Daisy and they sent a crew out with an hour and a half of my phone call. I couldn’t be more grateful for them squeezing us in on the same day. Not only did they clean our carpets, but they did an outstanding job! Everything looks better than we could’ve even imagined. We will definitely be back.
