Two courteous and efficient young men did a great job washing exterior windows and cleaning our gutters. ARC was recommended by a friend and I was pleased with the work they did for us.

We needed the roof heating cables replaced on our townhome. I am very pleased with the communication, timeliness, and quality service. They explained their work and recommended changes to our configuration that was thoughtful and improved our setup. I would recommend them to a friend.

I called and got service the very same day and they reduced the price because they were in the area and that I only needed the outside of a couple of windows done. The two young men were very polite and efficient and got to work right away. I will definitely use themagain in the spring when I need to have my windows done again.

I hired ARC Window Cleaning to remove the ice dams from my house. They were able to come out the day after I called. The crew was on time, professional and did a great job! I'm very pleased with their work and will definitely hire them again.

Made a call to ARC Window Cleaning on Tuesday for a quote. Antoinette amazingly had Riley out there the very next morning for an estimate and back the same afternoon to do an AWESOME job!!! We just purchased this house and are in the process of making it ours. Well, getting those disgusting windows cleaned was a priority. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ARC FOR THEIR SERVICES!!!!

The employees at Top Hat, Chris and Josh, did a great job on our home and windows. We appreciated they didn’t mind putting our patio screen door back on for us and both employees are an asset to the company.

Chris and Ben were our technicians for today's window cleaning. We have many windows, and some are VERY high, requiring ladders to reach. Chris and Ben did a truly fantastic job. Like... WOW! The windows haven't been this clean since they day they were installed!

We absolutely recommend Top Hat Services to anyone interested in having their windows cleaned. Excellent attention to detail, and the fellas were very respectful of our home, our dogs, and their presence while my wife and I worked. Working from home can be challenging during these kinds of services, but Chris and Ben were very quiet the whole time.

I am so so thrilled with the way our lights turned out. Justin the owner actually did them. AMAZING.

Top Hat did a great job with follow-up when quoting and booking the appointment online. They even called me when the need to reschedule was apparent (vs. doing it over email.) Much appreciated! Better yet, on the day of appointment the guys showed up on time as scheduled, were professional, respectful, and personable throughout the service period by introducing themselves, reviewing the scope of work, providing a timing estimate to help set expectations, and summarizing the finished results. They were conscientious of my property and cleaned up behind themselves, kept gates locked, etc. Overall, a 5-star experience by the team! Way to go!!

That said, I do feel bad about the incentive shared via this review request to name the techs in this review for them to get a token $ bonus. Their work was commendable and exceeded the "norm" in today's market. I even looked up the saved appointment early this morning as I remembered they were first introduced in an email and I wanted to be prepared for their arrival, but I was unable to retrieve the personnel information from the appointment confirmation and only could find the time/date information stored. What's frustrating is they did a great job, were respectful, professional, and did great work, ....a great representation for Top Hat....but because of my lack of name recollection, they miss out. I realize this incentive was put in place with good intentions, but I recommend Top Hat reconsider the approach for this incentive which should be triggered by the excellence in experience and service provided and not by my ability (or lack thereof) to recall names.

I have used Top Hat before and would give 5 stars in general, but giving 4 for their most recent visit as I had to have them return to do some touch up work on the house washing. My concern was addressed same day so was pleased with the promptness of the resolution. The screen cleaning and exterior window washing I also had done was excellent. I would recommend and it is not uncommon for them to run various specials throughout the year.

Arrived early, which was great. Did a great job in record time. We are very pleased and would use them again. Also, would recommend them to others.
