Andrew did a fantastic job. The black streaks on the roof are gone! The windows are so clean and bright. The siding and eaves are clean.
I've never had power washing done before and can't believe what a difference it makes.

The cleaners from Top Hat Services did an amazing job on my house. They pressure washed my deck and fence so that they looked like new. My windows were also cleaned and came out great. Justin, Ethan and Mason did an amazing job on my windows. I have never been able to reach our high windows to clean them. It’s such a difference since they have been cleaned. I wish I had this done sooner. They cleaned every screen as well as cleaned inside and outside of every window as requested. They had great communication. They were professional. They double checked their work. I will definitely utilize their services again. I also thought the quote they gave me was reasonable and worth it.

Home built in 1937. Upper south facing windows had not been cleaned for 30+ years. Covered windows with sheers tho blocked view of woods. Andrew performed a miracle! Windows are as clear as new!! The sheers are coming down! Thank you!

We had all the windows & screens of our home cleaned, interiors and exteriors, on a wintry day. Interacting with Justin & Alex was a pleasure--very comfortable to have them in our home, not always true when having work done with outside help, especially during COVID. They were never rushed, doing a thorough yet efficient job, thinking through the best way to approach doing screens when outside water lines had been bled for the winter. They still got the job done. And well! The views to the backyard have always been a pleasure; now they sparkle! Our home has a lot of windows, some at challenging heights. These guys were undaunted. I would not hesitate to recommend Top Hat's services to anyone.
