Brian the owner worked with us directly and came out last minute to check up on our furnace that decided to stop working this week. After an hour, it was fixed and we are ready for the winter!

Adding to this review: We had AirRite install an ERV system into our older unfinished basement yesterday to reduce radon levels. Last night - as a person with allergies and asthma - I haven't had that good of a nights sleep with clean fresh - spring like air - ever. It's worth every penny.

After trying several places Air Rite answered the phone and was quick to schedule a tech that arrived when he said he would. He was great at explaining to me what was wrong. He also had the parts need with him so my AC was up and running again in no time. Thanks again!!

Our heat stopped working, we called air rite and they came out right away to address the problem. They were professional, prompt, and handled the situation perfectly. I would trust them with all of my beating and cooling needs, and they are always going to be my first call!

June, air conditioning season, and thanks to high humidity and storms, our a/c had been running nonstop. And then the leaking began. Our furnace had water streaming down the side of it, completely bypassing the tubing meant to handle the run off from condensation.

We hit a cooler day and turned off the air. Nice weather predicted, so I called for an appointment and was sure to let Air Rite know that we did NOT have an emergency. They still fit us in that afternoon, and arrived right when they said they would. A quick once over, an easy diagnosis (loose connections and a strange gap near the coil), an hour's worth of work, and our unit is just like new. And as a bonus, everything was carefully explained, we were treated so well, and we have a new HVAC company!

Service was great! Team was great! Great work and much cheaper than many other companies. Highly recommend Air Rite!

I was in need of a new HVAC system, as mine was from 1987 and living on a prayer. I was very fearful of going out and educating my self on buying a new system. Enter Dan from Air Rite….. I should have done this long ago. He made the process so smooth and seamless. I have complete faith in him with this process . Thank you Air Rite!!!!!

Brian is a very experienced and skilled diagnostic technician. I had a complicated problem with my furnace that several parts needed replacement. Brian is trustworthy, fair and reliable. Last year, we realized we needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Center Point Energy provided the best deal we could find and through their program, we discovered Air Rite Mechanical Systems. Through the entire installation process, we were impressed with the technicians, installers, and office help. They were all easy to communicate with, friendly, professional and displayed a great work ethic.

This Spring, we started a major remodeling project in our basement. Half-way through, we discovered we needed some ventilation work to be done. We thought of Air Rite and contacted them. Once again, they were a joy to work with. They even went out of there way to personally deliver some special parts that were needed for this job.

We had both a new Air Conditioner and Furnace installed by Air Rite. We were very very pleased with their service and installation. The installation technician did an excellent job and we were very impressed with his work. It was beautifully done and the Air Conditioner works as expected. We highly recommend Air Rite for both installation and will use them in the future for regular maintenance.

We had Air Rite come in to move ducts and add forced air to our basement as we are working to finish the space. They were easy to communicate with, getting quick responses and quotes for the work. They did a nice job working with us to communicate their plans and make sure they aligned with our vision.

The owner Dan goes above and beyond for his customers. He always tries to get you the best deal possible. He has worked in Hvac his whole life and has a crew of workers that go above and beyond for their customers. My parents had him install a furnace and ac combo and they absolutely love the service they recieved. I would recommend Air Rite to all my friends and family!

My AC was going out and home depot did not show up for an estimate. The AC failed and Air Rite came out that same day. Since I was replacing the system, Brian did some repair work right away to tide it over (he could have charged me more, but realized that it would be replaced shortly) and gave me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and I ordered the system. Brian did not oversell and was very knowledgeable. When the system was installed everyone there was polite and friendly as well as very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done excellently and professionally and quick. I highly recommend that you use Air Rite.

Dan is responsive and quick to answer any questions we have had on our new units— he went above and beyond, and came out promptly, same day of notice, to quickly inspect and address an issue we had with our thermostat. We were in quite a bind with the AC unit at our condo, and from the moment I called to see if we could get scheduled asap, our service was EXCELLENT. The scheduler was super helpful, and we were able to get a quick appointment in perfect timing for our own schedules. Brian came out to help us and he was so friendly and gave great explanations for how things work, what he was doing and why he was doing it. Everything was done efficiently, thoroughly and was very cost effective. We will definitely use Air Rite again and plan to recommend to others. Thanks for fantastic service Brian!
