Terrible, terrible and terrible customer service. Had an appointmemt between 2-4. And no one show up.
I should have read the bad review's on here and learned they are a bad, inexperienced and terrible company.

I will post the same review on yelp and every website have ratings.

Brian Kuhn Quoted me $1500 to replace an existing bathroom exhaust fan. When asked why, he told me that was with permits, new Hvac, and insulation. This small replacement does not require a permit! He was unable/willing to explain. This is a $300 job at max.

Pros: friendly, local.

Cons: Very slow and sloppy arrival to my house. Lost my address and my name and arrived much later than expected.

I paid $69 for them to look at my furnace and received a $500+ quote to fix it (parts & labor).

Another company charged me $115 total for a visit and fix for the same problem (no parts needed).

Completely Inept.
The repairman arrived, told us we only needed to top up our refrigerant in our broken air conditioner, and it would be 275$. We said yes (small price to pay for a working AC). Immediately after the top up, he returned and said that wasn't our actual problem. After 45 minutes of digging, he announced that our indoor unit had a broken valve that would cost 980$ to replace. He of course advised just replacing the whole unit for 1,250$.

We weren't even close to able to pay that much.

Two weeks later we called a different company (referred by a friend this time). The repairman took 15 minutes, found that some insulation in the duct work had fallen off and was blocking the airflow in a tube. He removed it. His visit cost a total of 150$. Our air conditioner is now working perfectly, and I'm kicking myself for hiring AirRite. Save yourself some money.
