The tech was able to diagnose the problem and had great knowledge of fixing the issue. The only down side was no part on the truck so he had to pick up the part that night which required a return visit the next day to install.

Showed up early. Worked quickly and was less than quoted on the phone. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Jake has done multiple jobs for us, he has helped us with our washer, dish washer, fridge and has even helped walk me through a few things when I was trying to install something myself. He’s patient and very clear on what needs to be done so there’s no surprises or confusion later! Definitely recommend fixsota to anyone and everyone!

Side note, he doesn’t make you feel like an idiot when some fixes are so dumb that he figures it out and fixes it (and fixes what you screwed up) in less time than it took you to screw it up
