Our side-by-side freezer/fridge was malfunctioning. Jacob had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes max. We had to wait for a part to arrive, but he was back asap with no 2nd trip charge. Excellent service, excellent skills!

Would recommend Fixsota! This appliance repair service and technician are polite, fast and fair. We had 2 refrigerators needing service (more than once). When the problem wasn't fixed in the first service call, we paid for parts on the first subsequent visit, and the last visit was free (we couldn't even give him gas money!).
