Jacob was very timely, helpful and reasonably priced.

Technician arrived on time, took a look at my dryer, and showed me the broken heating element. Gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. He was polite and the bill matched the estimate. Great customer service!

Jake is a professional’s professional. He fixed our dryer a couple weeks ago and our 18yo washer died on Friday. Jake came out on Saturday, told us he could repair it, but another major part was also failing. He recommended we replace the appliance, losing the potential repair dollars. Since he doesn’t sell appliances, he wouldn’t profit off us that way either. Instead he recommended a reliable brand and some local dealer options.

His repair of our dryer was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. His honesty and integrity put him at the top of our list. 10/10 We cannot recommend Jake enough.
