Gary with Smart Construction went above and beyond our expectations of working with a contractor from meeting us at the beginning to the end of the project! Our insurance adjuster originally was trying to deny the hail damage on our roof until Gary stepped in and met with the adjuster, took additional photos of the damages and emailed back and forth with the adjuster. We got a new roof and even siding because of him and his expertise in the industry. Would highly recommend him to any homeowner!

Gary did a great job helping us deal with our insurance company, and was very professional and timely with all of his communication with us during the entire process. Our new roof looks wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody who needs a new roof/gutters.

We started our journey because of hail damage. Gary came to the house and asked to do an inspection for hail damage. He was very professional about how he accomplished getting things set up with the insurance company and followed up with me about all the details. We have completed all the work now and I couldn't be happier. The workmanship and materials were top

Firstly, Gary Gamayunov, has impressed me with his manner of communication being his client. He’s been easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to my many questions.
Secondly, Gary was very persistent with my insurance company and made sure that my roof was replaced after a previous hail storm that cause damage. I will say — the insurance company didn’t want to replace the whole roof, but Gary made it happen.
From Gary’s first visit to my home, I never felt pressured to work with him. He did a wonderful job of breaking down all the necessary details in getting the best for me and my roof.
Lastly, his roofing team replace my roof with efficiency and attention to detail. I hope I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, but if I did — Gary would be my first call.

Gary and Gabriel, at Smart Construction Were awesome to work with. They are crazy patient and answered any question I had promptly. They worked with the insurance, so I barely had to do anything. The roof looks amazing and they went above and beyond what they had to do on my roof. They made sure every little thing I wanted was done was taking care of no questions asked. I will definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

We had them put a new roof on our carriage house, which is a pretty large structure. Amazingly, they did it in one day and completely cleaned up everything perfectly after they finished. They were very professional and respectful of our property.

We worked with Gray Gamayunov at Smart Construction to look for hail damage on our roof. I should say he worked for us and got the insurance company to agree with his findings. The insurance company payed all expense less the deductible . The work was done in a timely manner and very well done. Gary keep us well informed every step of the way and made it easy knowing what was happening and when. I would recommend Smart Construction to any one.

We had our roof done with Smart construction and they did a fantastic job. At the beginning Pavel and Eric explained how everything worked and were great about answering any questions we had. Getting our roof replaced has been a great experience. Well as great as having to get a roof replaced can be. The salesmen we worked with Gabriel have been real gentlemen 😀. There was no pressure and he worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered. The work crew was Fast and did a Good job 👍 . We highly recommend Smart Constraction.

Gary Gamayunov has really helped me with getting my roof and siding approved through my insurance company State Farm. Gary guided me with the whole insurance claims process and made it very easy to work with him at Smart. I was highly satisfied with the quality of the work. I worked with Gary, who was recommended by a friend. From the beginning he was easy to talk to and explained all subjects related to our roofing project well. We had an insurance claim and he took care of that well and answered all of my questions. With the project completed on time and the work done well, I would use Smart Construction again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Smart construction did a great job on our roofing and siding. We had a warm winter, so they were able to get to work right away and be done just in time for spring and summer. Though, we had to clean up a little after them, nails and roofing/siding debris and we had a snow shovel and bucket missing, it wasn't a biggy. But most of all our Guy Gary was AWESOME. Thank him so much for being so patient and answering our question professionally. He communicated with us through out the whole process and always reply right away. Even when he doesn't have the answer, he'll let you know he'll look into it and he definitely will get back to you. Smart Construction also work with your insurance directly so you don't have to be overwhelm by it.

I recently had a great experience with Smart construction! They did an amazing job upgrading our roof. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work was top-notch. And special thanks to Gary for making sure our roof was well taken care of.

I had hail then wind damage while working out of state. Eric Pilich dealt with my insurance company and adjusters. There was a long wait as winter made it unsafe to inspect roof. Erik stuck with it, met with adjusters and coordinated work while I was out of state. Work got done quickly once weather was optimal. They also worked around some scheduling conflicts I had due to my daughters wedding and houseful of out of state guests. Everything went well. Job well done and greatly appreciate Erik being available when I couldn’t and flexibility with scheduling.

Noah Taylor is outstanding! Smart Construction knocked at my door and said I needed a new roof. I did a quick Google search of reviews, and decided to give them a try. I’m so happy I did! Noah is experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I had a tight time frame, and Smart Construction got the job done well, and on time. The roofing crew worked on my roof for 15 hours. I highly recommend Smart Construction!
