We had a wonderful experience with Gary G. and Smart Construction. He was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with. Was always up front and honest throughout the process. The workmanship on the roof was excellent as well! We would highly recommend Smart Construction for any of your home repair needs!!

Eric did such a great job! After a hail storm he stopped by seeing if we had any damage. After seeing our roof definitely needed replacing we put a claim into our insurance company. The adjuster denied the claim saying there wasn't enough damage. If it wasn't for Eric we would have thought that was the end of it but he told us we could ask for a second adjuster to come out. We did that and finally got them to agree to the claim. This whole process took almost a year but Eric stayed with it the whole time. He never gave up on us and stayed professional the whole time. 10/10 recommend!!!

Smart Construction exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They performed a complete roof and siding replacement on our home due to storm damage. The contractor did exactly what they said they would do—and they did it when they said they would. They took full ownership of the insurance process, handling all the paperwork and back-and-forth with the insurer so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

What really stood out was their customer focus. The crew cleaned up daily, communicated frequently, and kept me fully informed about both the progress of the job and the status of the insurance claim. I always knew exactly where things stood.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t specifically mention Dennis Lazavan, the project manager. He was extremely professional, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly without a hitch. I highly recommend Smart Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused contractor.

Gary is awesome! He navigated our battle with the insurance company for 18 months and finally got approved. Smart construction got the roof done in one day professionally and cleaned up like they were never there. 100% recommend Gary and Smart construction!

Pavel and Vadim did a great job guiding us through the process of getting our home back! We suffered a huge hail storm and needed our entire outside of our home taken care of, roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and deck. They were there every step of the way and fought to get us what we legally deserved. They delivered quickly and saved our home. I truly appreciate their entire team and would recommend them highly to any friends and family!

I had several projects I needed done. Vadim was my project manager and his communication was top notch! Two new slider windows, patio door, recessed lighting, electrical and demo work were done. Vladimir did outstanding work with the demo and electrical portion. He is very kind and such a professional of his trade. Dennis also helped with answering questions and making sure I liked the outcome. The window guys were done in a day and a half and what a difference. They used foam insulation around the windows and door and put back my old trim inside just like it was. I have had bad experiences in the past with hiring contractors but they changed my mind about hiring people again. Much thanks to all of you!
