I had never had maid service before and what a treat it was! MaidPro did everything they said they would and more. They not only cleaned my home thoroughly, they went above and beyond with presentation. I am absolutely thrilled with my cleaning and would highly recommend them!

Update- as a response to their reply. I had clearly said the stair walls so it was not a misunderstanding it was at most a miscommunication. Why would I have wanted someone to come out when I already fixed what was missed? Seems like a bunch of excuses to me. Anyway just wanted to earn potential future customers to check all work before they leave and remember that you are paying no matter how well they do!

My husband and I are selling our house. We had heard good things about Maidpro and decided to give them a try to get things clean before our relator took pictures of the house.
The girls who came were so sweet and I really feel bad for the review but they missed a good portion of the important cleaning. I had paid for wall cleaning for the upstairs and stairway of the house and the whole stairway walls were missed. Also there were cobwebs and dust downstairs that were missed. The upstairs was great but they really missed the mark downstairs.
I called them and told them about it and they offered to send someone out the next day. We had pictures taken an hour after that phone call so I had already cleaned what they missed. When I told them that I was nicely told they don't do any kind of refunds so there wasn't anything else they can do. I paid almost $300 for the cleaning and only got part of it. They should probably rethink their customer service.

We have had our house cleaned multiple times by this company, and it has been amazing! They detail clean fantastically! I have 2dogs and 2 cats and they got all the fur off my couches. Highly recommended!

I am so impressed with MaidPro's home cleaning service. The cleaners go above and beyond, each time my house is cleaned I notice extra touches. They are so polite, and even put up with my barky dog. The office staff is proficient and friendly. I just singed my Mom up for her first cleaning. Highly recommended!

My adult children have not been willing to help out around the house. So I hired a cleaning service and the adult children are paying for them to come weekly. I Googled cleaning service near me and picked this place. I am so glad I did. They did an amazing job! The two girls that came to clean my house were so pleasant and they were thorough. I am beyond thrilled with how great of a job they did. Even if I was paying for this service and not my lazy kids, I would still be so happy with it and continue to pay for it myself.
