I absolutely recommend MaidPro for their professional cleaning service. It is such a joy to come home after Marissa, the woman who cleans my house, has been there. She is efficient, friendly and very thorough. The other staff are quick to respond, flexible and very respectful.

I would really recommend them to anyone considering having a cleaning service for their home. They will do a custom plan if you need one so that your house is done the way you want it. I , for example, wanted pet friendly products used around my parrots which they followed thru with. They left my house cleaner than I even imagined they could clean it. So if you have pets, no worries they will go out of their way to keep them safe and if you have certain issues you would like covered like I wanted windows and my oven cleaned, they did it! I now have peace of mind that it is possible to have a clean house. Thank you maid pro and your team.

Jill left MaidPro and we have had various others come since. Crystal was the only one we thought did an awesome job of the 5 or so we have had since Jill. Crystal was efficient, thorough and sweet. The key to a great clean is dependent on finding the right cleaner. Despite the training I assume they complete, and the cleaning checklist they all use, consistency is not their strong suit. With that said, Kendra (the manager?) is wonderful to work with and MaidPro has a free re-clean guarantee. If something isn't cleaned to your satisfaction, notify MaidPro ASAP (within 24hrs I believe) and they will come and re-clean the problem area for free. It is imperative that you communicate all expectations and issues.

I’ve been a client for almost 2 years with Maidpro. Heather was the provider this Friday and just like most of the others that came to our residence, she was very polite and professional. Every provider works hard and tries to do a good job but Heather not only did a good job but also took pride in her work. Rightfully too, she left a very visible mark of her visit. After trying many different housecleaning companies and individuals over the years, we were thrilled to find Maidpro in Andover. I can't think of a thing our cleaner did not do well--with other cleaners, I would overlook the small things that were missed, but with Maidpro I couldn't find anything wrong! Our cleaner was punctual, professional and efficient--the best of the best. The office responds to emails almost immediately, and is flexible when we needed to cancel or move a date occasionally due to travel or guests. Highly recommend Alicia and her team!

I have my home cleaned every two weeks with MaidPro. I absolutely love it and have never had a problem. Nothing beats walking into to a home that looks and smells clean, especially when you didn't have to do it yourself! Whitney is extremely thorough and pays close attention to the details. Her clean is so much better than what I would do myself. Whitney is always responsive if I have special cleaning requests and is just a lovely cheerful person to have in your home. I think the price for the services I receive is fair and I would highly recommend Whitney and MaidPro.

Our home gets cleaned bi-weekly by a MaidPro PRO. I can't say enough good things about our pro. MaidPro keeps our cleaner consistent, so we're able to build a trusting relationship with them. They clean thoroughly, and know what's important to us.

Our hardwood floors are so clean!!!! Even a week and a half after a clean, when I need to spot clean a spill, I'm shocked by how clean the floors are. They do a wonderful job.

Chelsea does an amazing job! Everything looks great when she is done cleaning. She always has such a positive attitude. We have a very busy house at times and she doesnt seem to mind! The office staff has also been very positive and helpful. I highly recommend MaidPro!

Excellent service from day one. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. I was hesitant about hiring a company to come into my home and clean while I was gone. The cleaning staff has completely eliminated my hesitation and have far exceeded my expectation. I have a dog and cat and they are very lovely to them. They have gone as far as to learning their names and make sure they are comfortable when the dreaded vacuum comes out.

I cannot express how comforting and stress free it is to come home to a clean home. They leave a check list on my kitchen counter before they leave with all of the items that they clean before they leave. Things I wouldn't have thought to clean as a priority such as the baseboard trim, bath fan cover, etc...

I have had Kendra come to my home for the last 9 weeks now and have been amazed by her performance. She always leaves a nice note and really seems to enjoy her work. She is always very respectful of my belongings, double checks the house to make sure it is locked before she leaves, and makes sure that my pets are comfortable.

Ms J is a solid performer. We feel very fortunate to have her. She is focused on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our home. She takes a lot of pride in her hard work. She especially keeps two large glass shades over our kitchen island spotless. My wife is a retired nurse and our house must look as well as smell clean.

Maid Pro is amazing. They are thorough, friendly and quick!! They are flexible and accommodating to what we need, and have even had to deal with our crazy kids and animals while they clean 😀. The house is always amazingly clean when they are done and they use products that don’t leave a scent when they are finished! They always manage to get my glass stove top sparkling.
