Mike made sure to fert and weed all the areas of yard. Called before coming. Was efficient.

One of my coworkers suggested RainMaster because he said they have experienced techs who know irrigation systems, not just random kids they hired. He was right. The guy who came out to my house, Dave, knew what he was doing and did not waste any time figuring out what was going on. I’ll call RainMaster again if I need help with my system.

He did a fantastic job and was very courteous and explained everything he was gonna do.

Michael, Rainmaster Company generally does an awesome job at a very reasonable price. He explained and reviewed some damage the county's contractor made to my yard irrigation last summer, and it was very helpful. I would recommend them for their service and good customer service.

Deceptive and expensive.

Edit in response- you know full well that im referring to you. We've had multiple interactions through phone and email.

You're response is classic gaslighting and indicative of your deceptive business practices.

Asked them to come out and give me a quote for repairs, along with a few other companies, as I always get multiple quotes on any work being done.
They're the only company that charged me to get a quote, and their quote was DOUBLE everyone else's.
My impression is of a dishonest company trying to make a much as they can with each job

Greg was thorough, friendly, and transparent during the repair process. Very efficient too, he repaired the line break and was gone within a half hour. Excellent work — would recommend!

John is really good at what he does. He came out the first time and got the issue fixed which was moving the irrigation head down. He had to come back the second time to fix another irrigation head which was fine because this head was filled with tree roots. I enjoyed working with him and knowing he got things done as needed! Michael arrived in the window specified and called me in advance. He introduced himself and asked what help I needed. He quickly looked over my system, explained what he could do to improve it, and got the system up and running. I received a bid for work that needed to be done very promptly after he left. Got my irrigation system installed from RainMaster last summer and signed up for the lawn care service soon after. My lawn has never looked this good. I had very few dandelions this spring and weeds in general are fewer. Nate, my lawn service technician, does a superb job. He’s quick, but thorough, applying granular fertilizer/weed killer, while also hand spraying liquid herbicide on more troublesome weed patches.

Nate and RainMaster get 5 stars for the wonderful job they do!

Mike the Rainmaster tech called me upon his arrival so I knew he was on-site. He closed the gate. A+ His notes were clear. My neighbor's commented he blew the product off the drive. A very good experience.
