I opened a service request via the web with Rain Master. They promptly called me back. I spoke to a scheduler named Von whom listened as I explained my sprinkler system issue. He then setup a tech to visit me in a couple days. The Tech named Dave arrived as scheduled and carefully listed to my issue. He started with basic steps to ensure my water pressure was sufficient to operate my system. Well he quickly narrowed down the problem and was able to quickly resolve the issue. So from start to finish I must admit I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and I would recommend Rain Masters Lawn Systems to those who need service.

Andrew did a great job starting our sprinkler system and, especially, repairing a leak in the system. Andrew identified the cause of the leak and advised me on how to avoid this from happening again. In addition, he identified an improvement that can be made to our sprinkler system. And I plan to schedule that with them in the near future. And an update: Andrew has since returned and completed the repairs and improvements that were suggested. In addition, he identified problems with a few sprinkler heads and remedied them. I highly recommend Andrew and the entire team at RainMaster.

This was our first year using RainMaster for our fall blow-out and we could not have been more satisfied with the service. John let us know when he was 15 minutes away and he arrived right on time. He found a few items in need of attention in the spring and made notes to address them. We are looking forward to a long relationship with RainMaster!

After waiting 2 months on another company, it was time to find someone else.

RainMaster was able to come out within a couple days, and they were able to fix the impossible.

I had a deck installed recently, fully enclosed. I wasn't sure if it could've fixed, or a new main line would have to ran. After amazingly being able to fix what I thought was the only issue, there was another leak on the opposite side of the deck that was also fixed.

I'll be using RainMaster again to reconfigure my irrigation to account for my new deck.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
