As a customer of CSC, I have nothing but the best of recommendations! Bruce and his staff are the best! They delivered everything they/we discussed. They also went beyond expectations in several circumstances. I can elaborate, but, take my word - they listen, and they deliver.
They offered me a variety of options in materials ( roofing, siding) and delivered the best of building materials. I’m delighted with my choice of contractors/CSC.

Lance's knowledge initially won the bid to replace and extend our deck. However, the attention to detail was absent.

During the bidding process it was discussed the deck extension was intended for the grill, and we needed five feet. After the install, the grill did not fit. Lance admitted he should have calculated differently, considering the addition of the bar rail on the railing. Adding another six inches would have met our request.

After completion, I noticed the screw covers were not applied consistently. Lance explained that the drink rail restricted placement and that the installation crew should have used black screws, not gold ones. Unfortunately, replacing the screws now would compromise the deck's integrity. The installer resolved the issue two weeks later.

Working with CSC Remodelers to replace my roof was straight forward, easy to communicate with and they performed the work in the time promised. I would work with them again.

Bruce, Lance and the installers at CSC Remodelers were absolutely FANTASTIC! Prior to the hail storm that damaged our roof, I never knew of CSC Remodelers, so this is not a paid endorsement... I'm here to tell you that you absolutely cannot go wrong with CSC! Bruce came out, inspected the roof, and had some great ideas for the next shingles to go on. He was personable, easy to work with, understanding, patient - and above all else, NOT PUSHY like the folks driving around in my neighborhood after the storm. CSC Remodelers was referred to me through my insurance company, and what a great choice! Lance does a great job of scheduling, coming out to be sure everything is ready to go for the crew, and follows up upon completion. The roofing crew was incredibly friendly, punctual, hard working, and did a fantastic job of prep work to protect the house and plants etc, and combed the area well upon completion to be sure no nails and other debris were left behind. It was a 2 day job due to the size, shape and steep pitch of the roof we have - it was no problem for the roofers - they even reset out satellite antenna on the roof. Give CSC Remodeling a call!!! A+++ in my books!

CSC Remodelers replaced the roof on our house in Richfield, they did a fantastic job. Held our hands through the entire process, and their roofers were very friendly and professional.

Was driving to work this morning and I almost got took off the road by a speeding driver I look to my left and there it was Steven's construction going over 20 mi over the speed limit passing me. Remember you're a billboard you're a company drive with respect

One of their pick up trucks tried running me off the road... with kids in my car (they could clearly see).. cause he obviously doesn't know how zipper merging works.

The services received from Brain and his crews at Twin Cities Contracting Services exceeded my expectations. The entire team was professional, and diligent throughout my roof replacement which included replacing a skylight. Communicaton throughout the project was great, we were always in the know of status and what was next. The crew cleaned up as they went along and spent extra time ensure no trace of material or work was remaining. Highly recommend and already thinking about having them replace my siding.

Joe was our first exposure to this company. He showed us right away the difference between some storm chaser, and a real professional... he's awesome! Nate helped us work with our insurance agent to make sure we were fully covered. Brian was up front and honest, and they all worked together as a team to make sure our roof got installed properly.

All we can say is WOW! Twin Cities Contracting did a fantastic job doing a full roof replacement for my home. Brian (the owner) started off with giving a free inspection and then took the time to explain every possible option as well as help us decide on the best and most cost effective option for our roof repair. The day of the replacement, the crew arrived promptly and was incredibly nice and professional the entire time. We were very impressed by the level of attention to detail they put into their work to include replacing or painting all of the metal fixtures to match the new color of the roof. The team was also very meticulous about cleaning up every bit of debris and metal left over from the job AND returning all of the items on our patio back to their original spots. They were doing such a great job that out neighbors texted us mid replacement asking for the name of the company so they can use them in the future. I can't recommend Brian and Twin Cities Contracting more highly and you will not be disappointed if you choose them.

Brian and his team did a great job. They provided great service continually kept us up to date on the progress of the job. Upon completion they did an awesome job cleaning up and making sure we were happy before they left. We could not believe how fast the left over parts were picked up. Really easy to work with.

The roofing crew from Twin Cities Contracting was very professional, conscientious, and detail oriented.
