I have used RAM for multiple jobs (including remodeling half of the upstairs floor and adding a bathroom). Rick is very knowledgeable, flexible and able to pivot when changes occurred. For that larger job I got three estimates, his was the most competitive and he stayed within budget- I’d recommend him to friends.

Rick did a great job with my custom kitchen remodel. An extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend contacting him if you’re looking to remodel your home! Thank you so much Rick, you rock!!

sliding door fell out of its track. face plate around top of door had to be removed to get access to the track. and the plate had been fastened with three inch screws! with rick's patience, attention to detail, and good humor, the 12 foot long face plate was carefully removed, door rehung, plate reinstalled at half the cost initially estimated. i called on tuesday morning and less than 24 hours later the job was done and came in under budget. definitely will call RAM back for my next home problem!

I'm not a handy person and Rick has been taking care of all of my home's significant repair and maintenance needs for 16 years now - and he did the same for my in-laws for many years before that. From roofs to plumbing to installing grab bars - and everything in between - Rick can handle large and small jobs with skill and thoughtfulness. And if there is a job that requires more specialized work, he knows the right people to get involved. I know I can count on Rick with my house and I look forward to doing so for years to come!

Rick did my first house project ever, my bathroom renovation. He installed 2 vanities, hung 2 mirrors and installed accessories. He did an amazing job. I’m so happy with my new bathroom and he was very friendly, thorough and professional in the process. Highly recommend him!

Ordering is fine, delivery has been disappointing.

This place is a joke - at least for window treatments. You have to go to the store to schedule the measure, wait a few days for the guy to have availability. Then physically go back to the store to place the order. Product is shipped to you (I had 5 boxes arrive over a span of 10 days, don't exactly have the space to store 7 foot boxes for weeks while awaiting installation).
You aren't able to schedule installation until you have received all items then you have to call the store to tell them you've received everything. Then you wait for the installer to contact you (scheduling time is 2 weeks after I received everything).
On top of that, the guy who measures and installs only schedules M-F during the day (latest he'd go was 3 pm and he wasn't happy about it). How convenient, not like I have a job or anything... :/
There has got to be a better way of doing this!!! Over $1500 and the order can't be tracked to automatically schedule installation for a day or two after delivery?! If I knew the process would be like this, I would never have gone through Home Depot and most likely I will never shop here again - especially for something needing installation. -
We ordered and paid for 3 doors to be installed. It took 2 months for two to be installed, the third was measured incorrectly by their contractor, so needed to be reordered. A month later the third door arrived with damage, and needed to be returned. I called to ask when the THIRD attempt at door installation would take place, and it has been a week with zero information and extremely poor communication from multiple managers I have tried to reach for help. Going on three months+ and the job is not done. I would never recommend Home Depot to a friend and will not be using them in the future.
