Constraction reviews in Bloomington, Minnesota

Sky completed a significant home improvement project for me last summer, and I must express my utmost satisfaction. From relocating the AC unit and paving a new concrete slab to replacing a beam on the upper floor, installing vinyl planks, setting up a dishwasher, and painting the walls—every aspect of the project was executed with professionalism and punctuality. I wholeheartedly recommend Sky's services for anyone seeking top-notch craftsmanship.

My home was damaged by a vendor in my HOA, and I'm so fortunate for a referral to Roncor. Roncor's team are professional, trustworthy and diligent. I'm impressed with the entire Roncor team. Oliver is a true professional. He brought a team to my home to assure the accuracy of his bid. He honored our contract, and his bid was the final price. I never had any problems contacting him, or receiving a quick response. Kevin always had an onsite presence, and his prompt response time to questions left me confident that the project was a priority. He returned after the job was finished for a final inspection to confirm that expectations were met. Mitchell led the repairs, and is valuable team member. He kept his promises, and his carpentry skills are unbelievable. He was on time every day, and he kept me updated through the entire process. BJ's expertise in drywall repair provided a seamless transition blending new drywall into 27-year-old drywall in a finished garage. BJ and Mitchell always provided an update before they left the jobsite, and always returned the next day at the time they scheduled. Roncor started construction on the agreed upon date, returned every day after starting, and finished the project ahead of schedule even after a day was lost to bad weather. A house is a large piece of a person's portfolio, but it's more than an asset - it's home. I highly recommend Roncor and their team for any project inside or outside of your home.

Roncor is a remodeling company you can definitely put trust in for good business. I have learned never to go with anyone else. Roncor is my number “ONE” company for business.

We recently had our kitchen and living room renovated. This was our third experience with Roncor and we love working with them. The entire team is friendly, yet professional. They work with you to design a space that is comfortable for you without pushing trendy designs on you. Their work is top quality . We highly recommend them.

Very professional and loved the results

As first-time renovators, we were both excited and overwhelmed at the thought of transforming our kitchen. Thankfully, we found JT Construction Group — and from the very beginning, they turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth, even enjoyable journey.

JT Construction Group guided us through every step of the renovation with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. They took the time to explain the process, offered thoughtful suggestions, and were always available to answer our many questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship truly set them apart.

What impressed us most was how they treated our home like their own. Every decision felt collaborative, every timeline was respected, and every challenge was met with a solution. The end result is a kitchen that not only looks stunning but functions beautifully for our family.

We’re so grateful to JT Construction Group for making our first renovation such a positive and rewarding experience. If you’re looking for a contractor who’s reliable, skilled, and truly invested in your vision, we can’t recommend them highly enough.

They did a good job on my kitchen remodeling project.

They did a very good job on my remodeling my kitchen!

Leave this review I live on the east side of Bloomington rick was nice came out gave me a fair estimate the next day - and did good work thanks rick!

I have utilized Rick’s services for over 20 years. He does a great job, and he is very reliable. If he says he will be at your place at a certain time, he will be! He also explains a project thoroughly and if there are less expensive options, he will present them as well.

Recently had RAM Remodeling do some home projects including repair cracks in living room walls; added an electrical outlet; repaired front steps; repaired pillar outside on house; sealed cracks in foundation and replaced the kitchen faucet.
Rick's commitment to these projects was outstanding. When faced with underlying problems he went above and beyond, providing me with options to permanently and cost effectively take care of them. Work quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend RAM Remodeling.

We had RAM do a major project for us. Rick and his crew were so great to work with. They would listen to us every step of the way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and they did great work!

RAM remodeling is one of the best if not the best with honest feedback on jobs along with great work. Also, the communication is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with.

Rick has, over the years, removed and replaced walls, installed handicap ♿ accessable grab bars and plumbing fixtures, installed flooring, replaced vanities and provided advice on other home improvement projects for me. His diverse experience and knowledge of products and procedures have been invaluable to me.
