Worked with Sam to get a quote for a new paver sidewalk around a newly built garage. He was quick to communicate with me, came out to look a the job and got me a quote all within a few days. Once we agreed on the quote Sam kept communicating with me and the job started less than 2 weeks later. The Crew - Adam, Kyle and Junior were great. Arrived on time (or early), communicated with me, listened to my questions and kept the job site clean. They did a great job. The new sidewalk needed to connect to an existing paver sidewalk/patio area and it looks absolutely seamless. All around a wonderful experience.

The Viens crew was nothing short of fantastic! They removed all the mulch around our house and replaced it with rocks. When they arrived, they walked me though the project again and asked if the scope of work was accurate and then got down to business. They worked hard and got the job done very fast. All the employees were very kind and professional. They even left my yard cleaner that it was before. I’d recommend them to anyone in the market for any sort of landscaping service based on this interaction alone. We will be giving them future business for a patio in the back yard and more. Vien’s Landscaping planned and executed total yard for new house. Nicely placed plastic-trimmed beds with recommended river rock. Quality shrubs strategically planted that will thrive and provide a thorough garden look. Well-shaped and good sized maple tree in backyard.

Viens was the faraway the most inexpensive option to replace my retaining wall. Not only were they reasonably priced but care was taken to ensure the wall was constructed correctly, I watched one of the workers use a level on what I assume was every stone as they were being placed.

Not only was the work good, but the communication from Steve was great. He let me know when the project was going to start, updated me when there was something unexpected that came up, was on site almost every day himself, and got me the initial bid within only a few days.

I would recommend Viens for any of your projects. I am super happy with my wall and have received several compliments in just the three days since it was finished.

Sam and Steve and his team came through again for us! We used their services a few years ago to regrade a section of landscaping that was causing water to come into our house. Problem solved instantly! Fast forward a few years and I called them again to see if they could help us dog proof our small city lot in a different house. Not only did their design result in a mud free playsite for our dogs, but it looks stunning and is basically maintenance free! No more muddy paws and mulch everywhere. Sam and Steve are a pleasure to work with and their team of workers are all super nice and professional. If your yard gives you a headache when it should be a joy, just called them! We had a large retaining wall project and reached out to Viens based on their reputation. By the time we were done, we not only had Viens earned our retaining-wall job, but we opted to expand the project to re-landscape our entire property!

We purchased our house in March and soon discovered a serious water issue in our basement during big rain storms. We contacted multiple landscaping companies for advice, and Sam was the one who came onsite, assessed the situation thoroughly, and recommended installing a retaining wall to direct water away from the house. Since the work was completed, we haven’t had a single issue,his solution worked perfectly.

While onsite, we also had Veins Landscape pitch the lawn away from the house, lay new sod, and install a patio. They completely transformed our backyard into a space we can finally enjoy. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding.

I had a very large silver maple that was ready to go. I received quotes from several different companies, and A1 impressed me with their speed and communication. Their price was also among the most competitive, and they completed the job (removal and stump grinding) very quickly after I accepted the quote. The crew was very professional, and the quality of work was excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We had a very large, very dead Ash tree that was hazardously close to our home. It was removed and stump grinded. Service was 5 stars, prompt, respectful, and communicative staff. Pricing was more expensive than other quotes we recieved but we were happy with the work and cleanup. The owner went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction!

I highly recommend A1 Tree & Stump. I had a very large 50+ feet tall white maple in my backyard that needed to come down. Not an easy location to get to and close to my home and power lines. Alex gave me a very reasonable quote that included the stump removal. The crew was out less than a week later. The crew that came out was so nice and professional. Did a great job keeping my house safe during the removal and the stump grinding (covering windows). They cleaned everything up. Now that area is ready for the next process. A1 for professionalism, A1 for cleanup, and A1 for great people to work with!!!

I did check them out with BBB and Alex provided a copy of his insurance certificate without me having to ask twice.
