CottageCare provided cleaning services for our condo this week for the first time, and we were very impressed! Communication up front was clear and consistent throughout, the cleaning team arrived on time and prepared, and when finished our house was cleaner than it had ever been before. We definitely give 5 stars to John and his team, and look forward to our next cleaning session!

We started working with CottageCare 2 months ago and they have been great. Bella and Mikinna have been wonderful and are great at cleaning, organizing, and with our cats! The Company has been flexible when we need changes, accommodating of requests, and we are very happy with our cleans.

You are able to modify the parts of your house you want cleaned and they take the time to customize your clean (e.g. we have a split level house so they only charge us for 1 staircase instead of 2 because there are only 5 steps each). The team also takes as much time as needed to clean your house - so there’s no time limit or rush.

We definitely recommend working with this Company and plan to keep working with them for a long time to come.

Owner is professional and thorough. She takes pride in her work and it shows. Happy to recommend her to anyone!

Told me they were sending four people. Showed up with two people and tried to charge me more because it was too big of a job for two people.

Outstanding work! They were puntual and very friendly, I can tell you that I am satisfied.

these cleaners do a very thorough cleaning for a much more reasonable price than my previous cleaners. Very happy with their work.

Cleaning lady is not good cleaner .... I saw dust on my center table. At the entrance I have a mirror and frames . She put everything unorganized.... they cleaned the bathroom nicely....

Professional home cleaning cleaned our home after move out. 4 people in three hours and all three stories we're sparkling clean.

They did a decent job cleaning but damaged my stainless steel and did not address it after I brought it their attention. I found another cleaner that I am happy with.

Really happy with this companies service. They are prompt and reliable. I can reach them on a short notice for service and the ladies are always polite and they work hard! House always sparkles when they leave.
