I've had Professional Home Cleaning many times. They have done a consistently great job. I love to welcome them onto my home with open arms!

They no-showed at 2PM because the cleaning crew "got wet" from the rain. No one called to tell me, and I had to call their office after they were 30 minutes late. Then, when they said they would come at 4:30, they cancelled 45 minutes before. Unimpressed with their lack of professionalism.

Turned up and LEFT ON the upstairs heat to 93 degrees. Did the same on the main floor at 88 degrees. Turned and left on lights, ceiling fans. Didn't lock the door. I sub-contracted them for a client. They charged my card but several requests for a RECEIPT have been ignored. I've asked them to write an apology to the client - ignored. There's a lot of good cleaners out there - but these people should NOT be on your list. At a charge of $483.36 and that they call themselves "Professional", well, look elsewhere!

I've always had a great experience with Professional Home Cleaning, Inc. Before I found them, I was using some big name cleaners that didn't seem to care very much if they did a good job or not. I've never run into an issue with Professional Home Cleaning, Inc.

I hired them for deeo cleaning. Needless to say, i will never hire them again. They did not have the proper cleaning liquids for deeo cleaning. Left cob webs everywhere in the basement and did not clean window seals. Microwaive was left with greece spots. I had to spend good 3 hours to do deep cleaning myself

They were the best guys I could ever imagine! They came in and worked from early morning to after dark and they never stopped to eat during that time. I offered them food and they kept working. I was in a tough spot trying to move and pack and they came to my rescue. They did such a good job in such a short time and I would use them again if needed! They took the burden off my shoulders!

I knew my house would be cleaned, but was really surprised at how well our downstairs bathroom had been cleaned. It was a room I often ignored and avoided because of the level of filth in the shower. When I returned, I don't know why it surprised me how nice it looked, but I was surprised. It must have taken some serious elbow grease to accomplish. Thank you!

Terrible leadership of cleaning crew and outright rude to the customer. The crew leader refused to clean the house because it was too dirty and walked out. We waited 3 weeks and now won't be able to list the house on time.

I will definitely call again for a 1x cleaning. There were areas that needed some deep cleaning and both ladies did such a fantastic job! Superior and detailed work to the last few places we've used. Hard working! I will call next time I need a cleaning. I really appreciated it. Thank you!!

If you just need dusting and mopping the area you should hire them, however for any move in/out or deep cleaning, i wouldn't recommend them. I hired them for thorough cleaning after a move out and ended up doing most of the detailing myself. Cob webs were left everywhere in basement, Grease left inside oven and microwaive, windows not cleaned properly. Good team, but they are in a hurry to leave and that is why they do not pay attention to small details that make difference

I have used this cleaning company for 2 years. The house is always immaculate when they are done. Visitors remark 'Your house smells so good!'. The ladies are friendly, honest hard workers. The bathroom and kitchen are especially spotless.

I hired them to clean my home for my house to go on the market as a one time deep cleaning service. They did a poor job, missed many things like dusting or wiping off shower spouts, dirt still left on cabinets, etc They threw out my shower hooks, not just the curtain and took one of my brooms. It felt like it was just a quick job to get done. I had to clean again
I called them and asked for a refund, only to be told I would get a call back that day. But I never did and had to keep calling back. The 4th call i was told i would get a full refund and woild be callrd the next day regarding that i had to call again only to be told i would only get half the refund when i was told i would get a full refund the prior conversation
Like the other person said on here, communication is awful. I was trying to give a local place a try and not go with a chain

We have been using Professional Home Cleaning every month for about a year. We have been pleased with the service, and the cleaning team does a good job every time they come. The cleaners arrive on time, and we love that they make the beds for us.

I don't use a regular cleaning service, but I do use Professional Home Cleaning for pre-party cleaning and have used them for move-out cleaning. They were very responsive (the decision to hire out has been last minute), reasonably priced and did a good job. It was great to off load the cleaning so I could focus on other things. A strategy I highly recommend!

We have used them in the past and recommended them family and friends. They are usually good. This last time they stained our kitchen floor with some of their chemicals. After arguing and emailing pictures of the damaged floor the manager finally agreed to have a crew come out and try to clean the floor. They were supposed to my at my house at 11 today. I got a call at 10:30 stating that they are not coming until 2. I had taken the morning off of work just for them. I am totally fed up with this company and would not recommend anyone do use them, They are unreliable and horrible customer service.

I tried to hire this service to do a move-out cleaning near the end of the month. On the day of the appointment, they arrived late. Then, after showing them around my apartment and pointing out what needed to be done, I excused myself to go get some lunch.

I came back about an hour later to an empty, still dirty apartment. I was confused; the cleaners were nowhere to be found. I called the company, and was informed that because they thought it would take too long, they had walked off the job. This was done without contacting me in any way. There were still chemicals in the oven that had not been wiped off, the bathroom was literally half clean, etc.

I had to scramble around to find a replacement outfit, seeing as they had just walked out on a move out cleaning 3 days before the end of the month (I found a good one - if you're reading this use Angels Cleaning instead of this terrible company). I will never use this company again, and highly recommend you don't, either.

Worst company to have ever existed. Promised me a full move in /out cleaning with 8 people for $500. Showed up with 6 people, none of whom spoke any English, who decided they didn't want to clean the house because all the cabinets weren't empty and the house was dirty. I told them to clean only the cabinets that were empty and forget the rest (essentially paying them the same rate for less work). Also who hires anyone to clean a house that is already clean? They drove off with no explanation. I called the company and no one answered. I called again and the rep told me they didn't want to clean the house so they left. I had a showing scheduled that afternoon dependent on their scheduled cleaning appt. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!
