Our sewer backed up. American Sewer sent someone over the same day and the guy who did our service, was very nice, competent and stayed until after 7pm to finish the job. I really thought we were going to have to stay in a hotel…but Adam got it done and we are so pleased with his work and timely response of both Adam and the owner! Above and beyond!

Called American Sewer for clogged kitchen drain after getting an outrageous bid from another company. Long run from kitchen to vertical drain in basement with some quirky plumbing. A.S. came out within a couple of hours. Dave was my tech and did a fantastic job! It was quite a nasty job to deal with and Dave dealt with it efficiently and like a pro! I highly reccommend this company as they give up front hourly pricing and I feel they are fair and honest.

American Sewer is outstanding! They have solved unusual clogs for me twice, and at fair prices. Just recently I bought a house with a rock lodged in the trap of the basement floor drain. I could reach it with a long tool, but it wouldn't budge -- it was really stuck in there and I was afraid the whole floor drain might have to be replaced by cutting into the concrete floor.

But American Sewer got the rock cleared out quickly, got everything flowing smoothly, and much cheaper than replacing the drain. Several years ago they got me out of another weird problem.

We had a kitchen backup New Years Day. American Sewer was prompt and a great technician got our kitchen drain going in no time. Very thorough job and offered some maintenance advice too. A++++ highly recommended for their service, communication, know how, reliability, and trustworthiness. Give them a call for all of your drain cleaning needs!!!

I was quite happy with the recent job by American Sewer -- friendly and prompt. Their charge was very reasonable. I did not do comparative price shopping this time, but my memory is that their charge was considerably less than that by a major company, which did my sewer a decaade ago.

Aaron was the absolute best! I had a clogged floor drain and he came back to fix it. Turns out there was a golf ball lodged in there. So grateful for him and his services and will be definitely be using him in the future and telling all my friends and family about him.

I had an appointment with one of the big-box plumbers and they weren't able to clear my drain. They needed to schedule an "intensive cleaning" for $2K and I had to wait an additional two days. Days with no toilet use, laundry use, shower use. Nothing. I was desperate and found Aaron's website and read through his reviews. Called him, he came that day, and was able to get my house up and running for a fraction of the quoted price of the big-box plumber. He even stuck around and answered several of my questions after he was done. I cannot say enough about this man, including his honesty, integrity, and being a genuinely kind human being. Someone who doesn't see a person who's desperate and capitalize on that. If you're wondering if you should call....CALL! He's amazing! Would give him 10 stars if I could!

Aaron answered the phone when I called him at 7:00 pm, whereas other sewer and drain cleaning companies did not. I should have just called him first! He was able to get me in for an appointment the very next morning. He was very professional, communicated exactly what was going on so I could understand it, and was quick. He even did a camera inspection after cleaning my drain, which was complementary. Pricing was very reasonable. He will be the first on my list of sewer and drain cleaners next time I need this service. I was impressed and highly recommend him.

Five stars from start to finish!! Aaron got us in quickly after our kitchen sink wouldn't drain and got us draining again right away. This is the second time we have used him and will call him again if we need to.
