Very professional! SERVPRO of Bloomington/Richfield made it easy for me when my basement flooded. I was so worried because my basement was finished, but they took care of all the clean up and prevented any mold from forming. Thank you so much for your quick help when I needed it so badly.

The lady who answered the phone was pretty much yelling at us. She had zero patience when we were making decisions/giving her information...She acted like us calling for service was a big inconvenience. We decided right then and there we weren’t going to work with them and cancelled our request to have them come out. Customer service should be a priority.

We were so grateful when they showed up. Arrived almost immediately and promised us they’d be with us until things were mitigated. They did just that. Great communication, completely punctual, professional and kind.

The ServPro project manager called me almost immediately after submitting my inquiry. I described the issue and he said he and one of the owners from the Bloomington office would meet at our house when the mold inspector was there. Well, he didn’t show up nor call me. I understand things come up but a phone call would have been all that was needed. I decided to give ServPro another chance because the project was going to be bigger than expected. Two close friends are insurance agents and both recommended ServPro. Well I got stood up again... I let the insurance agents know not to recommend this company again.

Eric and Chad were great during the entire process. They were very professional, courteous and explained in detail the steps to address and treat the water damage. Definitely recommend SERVPRO.

I was disappointed with service. I had ServePro to my house. The guy just ghosted me . He said he would send the ticket along to his fulfillment team. It’s been a month.

Linda and her team were excellent when I had damage from an ice dam. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, and they were responsive when contacted. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

This review is for the Minnetonka office. Water removal and drying was great. However, DO NOT USE this company for reconstruction. They will not even schedule your reconstruction unless you pay up front. It took 3 months for a simple reconstruction job in one room of my lower level. This office has a lack of communication with the client. I needed my carpet to match the rest of my carpet in the lower level. They said they could not get it and even though I told them where it was available, they charged me for a change order because they only use certain vendors. I had to order carpet myself and have it installed by my recommended company. They did not match my baseboard color and used pieces poorly spliced together rather than one long piece as it was originally. Workers didn’t show up when expected. I made them do it over properly and I was charged additional money. The whole project for 2 lower half walls in one room took 3 months for completion. I received 2 final email bills for different amounts at the same time. Again, water cleanup was great, but do not use for restoration.

Our quote for water cleanup, carpet removal and restoration came very quickly and the team arrived within hours. It is such a relief to have this awful basement flood cleaned up!
