Reviews of local pros in Bloomington, Minnesota

Jack is very professional and made our windows sparkle. He’s quick, quiet, and does a great job. Have used him 2 years in a row and will ask him to clean windows again next spring.

Jack did a fantastic job on our windows—glass, screens, and sills included. No streaks, fair pricing, and the windows look fabulous. Professional, respectful, and outstanding customer service! We will use his company again

I am very pleased with the services rendered by Welldone Windows. Owner was able to squeeze my home into their busy schedule on short notice. I appreciated communicating over text, and questions were answered swiftly. Owner and associate were very kind and professional when working around the house. Unfortunately, I had my exterior water off due to winterization, but they were not thrown off by this issue and were still able to deliver an excellent result (even did it during on-and-off rain showers). Window panes were cleaned very well inside and outside, and they did a good job cleaning the sills too. I highly recommend their window cleaning services for your home or business. They do a great job, for a good price!

Jack Thunstrom of WellDone Windows is outstanding! I’ve used several window cleaning companies over the years, but none compare. Our windows and screens are spotless and crystal clear — I even checked to make sure the screens were still there! Jack and his assistant were professional, courteous, and take real pride in their work. Truly above and beyond the best!

Jack did a fantastic job for us! Communications from him were clear and timely and he arrived on time on the date he promised and did excellent work. I would recommend Jack and his services to anyone as he is a small business owner and doing a great job at building a wonderful reputation of doing high-quality work. I will be reaching out to him for all my future window cleaning needs! It is money well spent!

I had such a great experience with Well Done Windows! From start to finish, everything was professional, friendly, and efficient. Scheduling was easy, and he arrived in Minneapolis right on time. Jack was polite, careful around my home, and clearly took pride in his work. My windows have never looked this clean—they’re sparkling inside and out, and it makes such a difference in how bright the whole house feels. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be using him again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable window cleaning!

I was referred by a friend that uses well done windows at their Plymouth home. Well done took my call quickly and asked that I send photos of my cabin about one hour from Plymouth. About 20 Mn after sending my photos I had a quote that seemed reasonable with a small fee for driving the hour west. I approved the quote to have complete inside and out windows and screens cleaned. Well done said the job would be done in about a week so I gave the code to garage and exactly one week later received a call well done was headed to the job. Since I don’t live there I was not able to inspect the job they were doing. I arrived a week later and was very impressed with the quality of work done. As I drove up I noticed the tiny garage door windows were shining. I did not expect or ask to have that done. Every window and screen was perfect. Well done also left the cabin secure and the mirrors cleaner than I remember. Well done well done!

We had our windows cleaned, dryer vent cleaned out, and gutters cleaned. Great service! Everyone did a great job. We were texted when the technicians were on their way. They even offered to pick up a cup of coffee for me! Great communication throughout. Will continue to use this local company for these tasks.

Very prompt. Very professional. My windows look wonderful.

Hired Windows of Hope to clean a complicated multi turn dryer vent. Peyton, the technician, did a great job and was very friendly and personable despite my dog being a jerk 😄 thanks you Windows of Hope. We will use you again.

We recently had WOH clean all of our windows (35+) in side and out side and all of the screens. We have used WOH for years and are always completely satisfied with the results! They are reasonably priced, very responsive, prompt and have fantastic friendly staff!

Windows of Hope Services cleaned my gutters and power washed my deck. I recommend them highly!

I employed their services to clean my windows a couple years ago, and was very pleased then so I contacted them again this year. They do the inside and the outside of each window as well as cleaning the screens. They are courteous, efficient and do an amazing job. I could not find a streak anywhere when they were done!
They are also very convenient because they offer more services than just window cleaning. While they were out here, I had them clean out my clothes dryer vent. They offer a discount when they are doing additional services on a single visit.
I would definitely recommend them based on the experiences that I have had with them.

Used WOH to clean my gutters before. Used them again as they do a good job. Note that I have a 2 story walkout with a hip roof so many feet of gutter. Clean, prompt and thorough!

The gutters on my house were overflowing. I contacted Windows of Hope and got an appointment quickly. The agent came and cleaned the gutters. He also discarded the debris and left me with a clean yard and deck. Their prices are reasonable.

Anna reached out by text to see if we needed gutters cleaned again. Really appreciated that as it had been languishing on my todo list for way too long. I was able to schedule and pay for mine and and an elder neighborhood friend all in a few text messages. Anything that simplifies life makes the caregiving load feel lighter! And best of all was the report from my friend that they "even hauled the muck and yuck away with them." Made her very happy. Thanks!

Windows of Hope did a great job on our gutters for a great price. Because our neighbors also had their gutters cleaned everyone got a discount - which was awesome.

There was rain forecast for our scheduled day, so instead of delaying - they reached out to come a day early. Communication was always timely and appropriate.

We’ll certainly use them next time!

I hired windows of Hope services to claim my windows inside and Also, the window screens. In addition, my house Rain gutters were cleaned. This company arrived on time, did excellent work and I would most certainly employ them again. They were quick and very efficient.

I work with WOH and recommend them highly. WOH offers essential services for home safety, preservation, and beautification. When you call, you will be speaking with a caring human being. The work is done by professional people, and you will be pleased with the results. When was the last you had your dryer vent cleaned out? How about your gutters? What do your windows and screens look like after a summer of Canadian forest fires? WOH services come with a bonus... Peace of Mind.

I have been using Windows of Hope for several years and fully recommend them for any service they provide for your home. They are reasonably priced, do high quality work, employ pleasant respectful employees, & are on time.

Get them scheduled you will not be disappointed!

Outstanding service and quality of work done! Eric was terrific in getting someone out to clean our exterior windows, very fast turn around time- a day or so. I've used WOH in the past and will continue doing so in the future. Next to include the interior windows as well. Great company, very reputable- highly recommend this company specifically for gutter or window cleaning!

*Recent service included house washing. Our siding is quite aged. WOH washed the entire house, around garage door and exterior doors. They did a fantastic job again! We've used WOH for many services and years- couldn't be happier with them!
