Wow, what a great guy! I had an appointment for Pat to come out and clean the main floor of my condo, when he got there I discovered my building's water was shut off without notice, which was necessary for his portable machine. I felt so bad, but he went above and beyond to get my carpet done. He offered to come the next day (a Saturday) or offered a green cleaning solution option using a low moisture cleaning method so he wouldn't need to hook up to mine. I went with the green cleaning solution which ended up working out great! The reduced drying time meant my family could get back to using this level much sooner. The results were awesome and left the room smelling waaaay better than it did. Thanks so much for going above and beyond. I never would have gotten these results or service from a bigger company and probably would have been hit with more fees instead. Thanks again!

Pat was very responsive to my initial request to provide a quote and scheduled immediately. He was extremely flexible and patient in scheduling date when doggies were not in the house. He is very educated on all types of carpet stains and did an amazing job getting up cat puke and doggie poopoo stains magnificently. He also informed me how to treat future stains so not to set the stains. Don’t use any other carpet cleaner. Proud veteran and stands by his work 💯💯💯💯💯
