Recently changed over to Janiking. They have been reliable, interactive and on top of anything that needs to be done. Operations Manger Brenda Black has been great to work with.

The worst, gave a bid and we signed up, big mistake. Two (2) years later wanted to raise our rates by about 20%. The cleaners we were assigned, we had to complain about almost everyday, we often ran out of soap, paper towels, toilet paper in the bathrooms, so our own staff had to replenish. Left toilet bowls, sinks, floors and other surfaces dirty. The service from the account manager was terrible, I asked for a refund since the cleaners weren't doing the job they were contracted for, obviously that didn't happen, but it should have!

I would have given "no" stars if I could, but it wouldn't allow me to do that.

I am very pleased with Jani-King's janitorial cleaning services. Their commitment to service is evident in the consistent cleanliness they bring to our office buildings. The team, especially Dee S., is professional and reliable. Jani-King's ability to address our specific needs and communicate effectively make them my top choice for janitorial services.
