Reviews of local pros in Buffalo, Minnesota

Josh and his helper did a great job trimming our +40 year old Apple tree. They climbed up in tree without any equipment and took the time and care this project needed. They were on time and cleaned up all branches. They also explained the process before trimming and asked us if tree needed more trimming to our needs. The cost of the project was within reason. We will recommend to any one!! Looking forward to many years of future growth and harvest of our apple tree.

Fantastic experience that exceeded expectations. 12 ash trees gone, stumps taken care of, and exceptional attention to detail - including leaving our yard incredibly clean.

Very knowledgeable, work was complete on schedule, and at a very fair price!

Josh is amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and fair with pricing!

We are very happy with the work Josh did at our home. If you need tree trimming or tree removal services, Josh is an excellent choice!

We had a wonderful experience when hiring Josh for tree services. He was knowledgeable, professional and made sure that our expectations and needs were met while he was working. I would recommend Josh for any services we might need in the future.

Josh’s company, Elevated Arborist is another step above your average tree removal & trimming service. As an arborist, he utilizes his knowledge and respect of the trees providing quality work.

The Elevated Arborists team trimmed five of our mature trees and gave us advise on several others. We were impressed with their knowledge and expertise. The trees look so much better, and we are looking forward to not hearing branches scraping our metal siding on windy days any more (like fingernails on a chalkboard). Only the squirrels are disappointed since they no longer have access to our roof. We are happy about that, too.

Thank you for your excellent service and reasonable prices!

We had an amazing experience with Elevated Arborists! They took down a massive, dangerous tree in our yard with precision and care, making sure everything was done safely. They also trimmed several other trees to keep them healthy and looking great. On top of that, they removed all the stumps, leaving our yard clean and better than ever.

A huge shoutout to Josh, the owner—his knowledge of trees is incredible, and his passion for what he does truly shows. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied. The customer service was top-notch, and the entire team was professional and efficient.

If you need any tree work done, Elevated Arborists is the company to call! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Elevated Arborists this summer. They quickly removed three diseased ash trees and ground the stumps for us. Communication leading up to the removal was great and they left the yard clear of any branches or wood chips. I would recommend this company and would call again for any tree care needs.

Josh is the best! Prompt service, reasonable price and a joy to work with. The guy knows his stuff! Will definitely recommend his services to all my friends. Thanks for saving my tree Josh!

Thank you Elevated Arborists! The team was efficient, careful, and clearly had safety as their top priority, especially given the crowded area around the tree. They did an excellent job of removing the large tree without any damage to our property and the neighbors along with leaving the yards clear from debris when the job was complete. We have recommended them to both family and friends and will continue to in the future.

Excellence in skills with trees and people! My experience involved expert consultation first. Well done on assessment of scene( home) and learning the customer’s intentions/ inquiry. Also very valuable knowing the market of tree expertise. I like local, knowledgeable businesses that can educate you and provide help that makes sense. Skill level: remarkable!

Great guys!

They did not call back

Highly skilled company. They did a safety clearance from primary wires in a very dangerous situation. Massive dead Oak leaning onto weak basswoods, they come out the next day and did the job climbing it without big equipment, no equipment at the time could access the situation. I’m very impressed!

Never returned my call

Fantastic service and highly reliable! Would highly recommend.

Andy and Spike’s Tree Service continue to be the area’s leaders in professionalism in the tree service industry.

On time, professional and pleasant!! accurate estimates with no surprises!! Yard was cleaner than when the project started. Highly recommended.

I wish I had more needs for tree services, because I would give Spike Tree Service ALL of my business. The owner met me at my Buffalo property on Saturday to help with some branch removal and wood chipping.
He was professional, very safety oriented and customer service based. Did a VERY thorough job and even used a blower to clean up my driveway and yard. I felt that was above and beyond.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
