Nate was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and reasonable with his prices. I called Nate to get a second opinion after another company left me with an unsatisfying explanation for my furnace troubles. Nate was able to fully explain what my issues were an offer several options as well as tuning my current system to work through this winter.

Even tho I was a new customer, he was able to come out the same day I called. Nate was able to fix the problem the first time. He seemed knowledgeable, confident, and personable. We have made him our go to HVAC tech.

We had our furnace and AC replaced at our house by Aerostar Heating and Air. Nate is the best HVAC technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. We previously had multiple other HVAC companies out to review the system, none of them pointed out the flaws in the initial design/installation like Nate did! Nate found that the upstairs vents were undersized, the exhaust/intake vents were incorrectly installed, my returns weren’t in the right location, etc.. This was NOT an upsale, Nate actually listened when I explained the issues with our upstairs ventilation; then he ran the calculations on the current design vs what the improvements do.
The charges for the upgrades were minimal, just over 5% of the cost of the new equipment, but it has made HUGE difference thus far. The installation went smooth, and Nate was a great communicator through the whole preparation process.
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Aerostar, they have a new “customer for life” and I will be recommending all my friends/family to utilize Aerostar for any HVAC needs.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Within 2 days of contacting Aerostar, we had a brand new furnace installed. I was given a number of options to choose from to fix the situation. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and quick response for quotes etc. Aerostar took care of the rebates, warranty and permit. I just had to say go and they did it. Great service!

Nate is awesome!! I had a very bad experience with Deans Home Service as my home sale was pending and the work they performed started to leak but Nate saved the day and came right over and fixed everything after hours so my home inspection could happen the next day. Nate’s work and customer service is amazing and he is my first call for any HVAC needs going forward. Well done Nate.

Aerostar did a great job installing a new furnace and AC system. Work was done very quickly and cleanly with a minimum of disruption. Nate is extremely knowledgeable about systems as well as helpful and available throughout the entire process. We are completely satisfied and recommend him highly!!!

Highly recommend Aerostar Heating and Air! I came home from work to a cold house today. Nate picked up my call right away and was at my house within 10 minutes. He explained what he found and educated me along the way. He was extremely professional and had my heat fixed in no time. Pricing was reasonable too! I've found my new trusted HVAC company 😊
