Nate was amazing. We were in a time crunch to get ducts and vents installed so we could list our house for sale. We called a few other businesses but got little or no response - Nate came out the same day we called him and we had an estimate for the work within 24 hrs. He fit us in before our deadline, he came when he said he would and the work was impeccable! Would highly recommend.

I have been using Nate and Aerostar for 10 years, including furnace repairs and installations of an air exchanger, furnace and central air. I have always been 100% satisfied. Nate takes time to explain things and makes recommendations based on what he thinks will work best for you. Him and his team are always on time, efficient and responsive, and the prices have always been reasonable. Nate is a very knowledgable, experienced, and easy going person to work with.  It didn't take him long to look over our basement area with the finished and unfinished spaces and give us a couple of options about where the outside unit could be placed and what needed to be done inside.  He also looked over our 20 year old furnace and gave us more pros than cons of NOT replacing that furnace yet.  When they came out  to do the install they were able to quickly troubleshoot a couple of issues with our existing equipment and did a great job in one afternoon.  I like it when an installer listens to the customer and is willing to give pros and cons about my own ideas rather than just say "Well, this is how we always do it". I called Aerostar early in the afternoon, and to my pleasant surprise Nate was able to make it to my house on the same day. I spent a long time trying to diagnose my AC issues myself, so it was clear to me right away that Nate knows his stuff. He was able to determine that my blower motor was wired incorrectly by the previous owner's installer. Fixing the wiring along with recharging the system's refrigerant completely fixed the issues I was experiencing. Nate was very professional and did a good job of explaining everything he was doing throughout the whole service. I would definitely recommend Aerostar to anyone in the Wright county area experiencing issues with their HVAC.

Nate is very knowledgeable and improved our air flow and temperatures with the new system he recommended and installed and creative suggestions that didn’t break the bank. The system has been working great for 10 years or so. He’s been very responsive the few times we’ve called him with questions, for maintenance, and one repair need during a heat wave. Reliable, dependable, follies through, quality workmanship. A+++!

Nate was replacing a heating/ac unit at my neighbor's home. I was out doing yard work. Nate & I exchanged pleasantries, and I happened to ask him if he worked on air exchangers. (I was having trouble finding/purchasing parts for my air exchanger.). I asked Nate if he could take a look at my exchanger when he got done with my neighbor's home. He happily agreed to take a look at my problem.
WOW....what a genuinely nice guy!! Nate told me how to go about purchasing parts for my unit, if I elected to go that route. I asked him to quote me an estimate to replace my air exchanger. Long story short, I elected to have Nate replace my air exchanger. Nate is top-notch! His professionalism and expertise can't be beat! Nate at Aerostar H & A is great. When we started to have problems with our 33 year old furnace, he came out right away, checked the safety of it, listened to our concerns and addressed them. When the furnace quit he gave us options to repair or replace (and costs). And after we decided to replace it with a high efficiency furnace he was out the next day with a new one to install for us. We also decided to replace the old air conditioner with high efficiency. We highly recommend this company. Work was done quickly, efficiently and correctly. We felt Nate gave us good old fashion quality service you can count on.

We recently had our AC stop working just as the hottest days of July were about to arrive. We contacted Nate and he came out right away. He assessed the situation and thoroughly explained our options while answering all of our questions. Our AC and furnace were original to the home, so we opted to replace both. Had Nate out four years ago for a furnace and air-conditioning replacement. Beyond fantastic. One of the true last remaining honest air conditioning guys. Had my garage furnace out New Year’s Day. Nobody can be expected to work that day. But he was out the next day and had my garage furnace up and running in no time. Had other companies Estimates on the phone. He was 1/4 the price. For anyone in Hanover, Buffalo, Saint Michael. Area. This is the only contractor you should be calling. Cannot recommend him enough.

Our AC was out during 95 degree heatwave. I called Aerostar and reached the owner, Nate who came right over to see what he could do. He explained what the issue was and how he planned to address every step of the process. Once the system was up and functioning, Nate taught me some simple preventative maintenance to keep the system is good working order. Professional and personable. Nate is now my HVAC guy. He should be yours too!

Our experience with Nate was great! He was very timely with his response during his busy season and came out the same day. He was honest with what we needed and took into account our home renovation situation to help us find the best route to take. We really appreciated his honesty and the work he did to help our AC safely run again.

Nate was very easy to work with and reasonably priced. He was prompt in responding to my service call and has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right...and quickly on top of it. While he was troubleshooting, he noticed a shortcut that the original installer (not Aerostar) had taken and was even able to come back later that day to get it corrected. Excellent service from a guy who knows his stuff.
