I have had Artie work on my heating and a/c for the last 16 years. Over the years Artie has done maintenance on my a/c, furnaces and air source heat pump. Artie has also replaced my a/c, furnaces, and air source heat pump. I trust him with all my heating and air conditioning needs. There were times I have texted or called him on the weekend, late at night no matter what he responds with a phone call for an easy fix or coming out on his day off. He is a reasonable, quick response and an honest person/business. Highly recommended!!!!

We chose A&A after receiving other bids. A&A had the winning bid while offering high quality products. No-push sales tactics along with patient explanations on everything about the job were a real plus. We liked the fact that Artie, the owner of the company, performed the work with his proficient assistant and is local to the area. Artie from A&A heating and Air conditioning is top notch! We’ve used him for the last 3 years since we started having issues with our AC. He always has given us options and prices to make the best decision for our pocket book while not skimping on quality service. This year we had to pull the trigger on new AC and found out our furnace was omitting bad gases into our home and that had to be replaced too. He not only called us when he was on his family vacation to set up an appointment to come and see us he was here the next day. Had to replace both units but he gave us the best service, best price, all the rebates available and to us. If you need heating and cooling in the Wright county area they should be your first call. We just had our Furnace and AC replaced by A&A and could not be more pleased. Great communication and flexibility. They split the job up to get our AC done before the hot holiday weekend and then finished the furnace during our scheduled install. Just super helpful, friendly and professional.

And to top it off, of the 4 bids we got, they were the cheapest. Do yourself a favor and at least call for a bid if you need work done.

Our AC went out on the hottest days we have had this summer. Artie was quick to respond and have us a quote well under our expectations. We replaced our AC and our Furnace. We knew our furnace was on its last leg so we had them replace both. Artie had put us on his overwhelmingly busy schedule and it was done in a few days. Artie installed a new furnace in my home and I was very happy with his work! My last furnace went out during the winter, and as you can imagine, the house got very cold. Artie went out of his way to bring in space heaters to make sure that we had temporary heat while he got our new one up and running. Artie installed our furnace and air conditioner a few years ago and did a great job! His prices are very fair and his quality is the best. I had a recent issue and he showed up at 7AM on Memorial Day to make sure our system was working at the top notch for the coming heat spell. You will love Artie and his right hand person Justine. We recently had our furnace die while out of town on Thanksgiving Day. We have used Artie in the past and knew we could count on him to diagnose the problem as soon as he could which he did bright and early in the morning. He diagnosed the issue and explained both short term and long term solutions to fix the problem. We chose to replace our furnace and our very old air conditioner. Artie went through several options and explained to us that a less expensive option would be better than what we wanted (because our house has zoning). As Artie was taking out our old furnace he found the former home owners retrofitted the furnace to the existing A-Coil which restricted air flow causing the problems. Artie is awesome at explaining step by step the issues and solutions. Artie and his partner Justine are fantastic to work with and the have top notch customer service. They are also very clean and tidy and respect your home as if it’s their own. Artie is the very best in the business! A++++

A&A is wonderful! I had clients come home to a freezing home in the middle of winter, I called many places to find them help and A&A was the only company to call back, and very quickly at that! They walked them through the problem, luckily it was something simple, and had them getting them back up and running promptly. I would highly recommend A&A Heating and Air! Great people!

Artie (Owner A&A) and Christine were some of the best professionals that I have ever worked with! After dealing with other companies looking for a pay day and only delivering adequate service, Artie gave his all to make sure my family was taken care of and comfortable. Our furnace was in a dangerous stage and needed replacement, I was recommended to A&A and Artie dropped everything to help us out. During the new install of the furnace and a/c, Artie found the ventilation for the furnace was installed incorrectly causing a major issue for our home. Artie spent his week and weekend trying every solution to help us out and ultimately repaired our home for good! During this repair my wife gave birth to our son and Artie came to the house while we were in the hospital to make sure we had a safe heated home to return to with our new addition. His pricing was amazing for the work he provided and the work is second to none! Artie and his team do excellent work. They replaced the furnace & a/c on our house a few years ago and did such a good job, we hired them again for my brother-in-law's house. There is no greater endorsement for a service than hiring them again.

Woke up to a cold house on Christmas eve. I called Artie (since he did a great job replacing our AC unit a few years back), and within 90 min of talking to him he was at my house and identified the issue. We opted to replace our furnace instead of fixing the 20 year old one. He provided us with space heaters to keep the house warm, and was back to install the new furnace a few days later. A+ service. Woke up this morning to our house about 6 degrees colder than normal. Called around to see who could help and Artie answered right away. Was honest about parts availability but before letting me go he walked me through some troubleshooting I could try first and lo and behold it was an easy fix! Talked me through the process about what to look and listen for and where to look.
Furnace started heating so all done right? Not quite! He followed up after an hour to make sure everything was still going well and our house was warm in the middle of winter. When I asked about making sure everything was good to go, he texted right away to get us on the list for a tune-up. He was honest, professional, friendly, and made me feel like I was a priority!

Artie is amazing! I called him in the morning during our HOT spells this past week because our thermostat was out. Even though he wasn't the company that had installed our furnace/AC (2016) he was quick to want to help us. Artie found a compatible thermostat for us and helped us install it. His willingness to help, research the type of furnace we had, find us an alternative that worked, saved us tons of $ and time! We will for sure, hands down, be switching any future needs to Artie and his crew!

Artie and his team go above and beyond with their service expertise, customer service, and reliability. When my furnace died Thanksgiving weekend (every homeowner's worst nightmare), Artie's team was out within 90 minutes. When they saw bigger problems that would only require more work and bigger expenses, they talked me through what was going on and gave me time to decide to put in a much-needed new furnace and AC unit. They provided the necessary space heaters to keep my family warm until they could come back Sunday morning to put in the new unit.

When our AC unit went out last week it left my wife and I scrambling to come up with a decision to make a big purchase last minute without doing that much research on our options. I contacted Artie with A & A during this time after many people in our community highly recommended him on social media. After talking to him personally and him actually not even coming out to check on the problem aft a had previously scheduled another contractor to come and diagnose the issue, he mentioned a few things about what the problem could be beforehand over the phone and worst case scenario should I decide to use him. Long story short I immediately felt comfortable with him and after knowing the compressor had failed on our old unit I ended up financing a new Goodman AC system with A & A at a very reasonable price and it was installed 2 days afterwards. I have a ten year warranty, a very nice looking and working system that fits our home perfectly. Artie was very professional, very knowledgeable and considerate with myself and my wife. He didn’t try to push anything on us and this was probably the best service and decision we could have made going with A & A Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend this company and Artie specifically as he will take care of you and follow through with absolutely everything he says. Don’t hesitate to go with this company! When our furnace unit went out in late January, Artie and his team went to work with amazing speed to get us an estimate with a very fair price for Furnace, AC, and Labor to replace our 35-year-old system. They also were at the ready to come to our house and provide us with space heaters until he got the parts needed for our replacement. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. After one day he was able to begin work on our project. He showed great respect and care for our home when they were at work. Artie is a man of high integrity and has great customer service! It really stood out to us as we had to replace our furnace and AC at our former house just 2 years ago.
