I received a quote for a new air conditioner and thought it seemed high. I was referred to A&A and they were able to install a new for $1,000 cheaper than my quote. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were out there Friday morning and had the job done by 10:00am. I highly recommend. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future!

A & A Heating and Air - THE BEST! Artie and his crew are responsive, professional and kind. When the AC at our local animal shelter went out -he was there immediately. The temperature was approaching 100 degrees. He assessed the situation, walked us through the process and made recommendations. Our new AC unit was installed the next morning without delay. His follow up is also great - checking in to make sure things are going well. Will always recommend Artie and A & A Heating and Air Conditioning.

Over the weekend, our A/C unit started freezing up. I called A&A based on the recommendation of a neighbor. Artie was extremely friendly on the call and was out first thing the next day. He took a look at the unit and identified the issues, finding ones that the previous company we used failed to discover. After explaining what he found and outlining the different options, he gave us space to think about the choices and make our decision.

Ultimately, we decided to have a new unit installed through A&A. They were out and had the new unit installed within 2 days of our finalized decision. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process and would highly recommend A&A to anyone needing maintenance on an older HVAC system or installation of a new one.
