Since we moved into our home we found sloppy or unfinsihed items however worst of all we got to our first winter and we have had to sit with a jacket on in our home as the windows leak so bad there is a breeze and we get ice on the insode of the wndows. They claim they are an energy star builider?? They were kind enough for me to fight my own battle with the wndow company and Brandl didn't do anythign to correct except play guessing game or go radio silent!. GO with a pro not Brandl.

I purchased a spec home shortly before completion and after all selections had been made. I love the design choices and all the little extra touches included in the home. Purchase, closing, and move-in process was a breeze. Have received a quick response to questions after closing, as well.
