We had a massive cottonwood removed and the entire experience was incredibly professional from start to finish. The crew was punctual, well-organized, and clearly very experienced. They handled a challenging, large-scale removal with precision and care, prioritized safety throughout the process, and communicated clearly every step of the way. The cleanup was immaculate, you wouldn’t know such a huge tree had been there. Truly impressive work and highly recommended.

I got busy and forgot to schedule my fall gutter cleaning! The good news is that I appreciated the multiple email reminders that Green Horizons sent to sign up and it was easy to schedule this online through the Client portal. The two-man team came out about a week later, albeit just as it was getting dark. They work with one person on the roof and one on the ground. Just a warning - which is probably typical for today - but they do NOT do hand removal of any debris nor haul away leaves. Everything is blown out of the gutters using really LOUD hand held blowers and then left on the premises. If it has recently rained, if there are a lot of leaves, the debris will be the consistency of mud. Luckily for us, it had been dry the previous week and everything came falling down below onto the bushes, driveway, vehicles, decks and patio furniture. I requested that the guys be sure to clean up everything and not leave the debris lying everywhere. They did a very good job of making sure everything was cleared. Suggestions for the future - PLEASE notify customers when guys are on the way. PLEASE ask guys to ring the doorbell once they have arrived, to ask if there are any special considerations - ie. dogs, vehicles, stuff in the way that the customer would like to protect. PLEASE consider using low decibel blowers. I know that cities are considering adding noise ordinances due to excessive noise of lawn companies blowers, trucks, sprinkler blow out and leaf vacuum machines. If there is an option to go with a company that advertises and uses LOW DECIBEL equipment, I would flock to them in a heartbeat, to protect the environment and the sanity of my neighbors. We’ve used Green Horizons Lawn Care for a few years now. They are always very professional and courteous while doing a great job. Today we had our second gutter cleaning which was fantastic. It’s great to go into winter knowing the house and lawn are well tended.

Green Horizons arrived on time. They blew the leaves off our yard which is about an acre. The leaves were blown into the street and made a pile about the size of semi truck. The next day a truck with a vacuum came and removed all the leaves. The yard looks better than I could have imagined and I was am very pleased with the result. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Service was started promptly. Gentlemen who mowed my lawn was friendly and did a perfect job. Edged lawn and cleaned up nicely after. Price is right. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended!!

my story has a few key points but to be clear GREEN HORIZONS(GH) DO WHAT THEY SAY THEYLL DO AND MORE.

my 1st company never showed this year so i tried using lawn starter. BEWARE FOLKS LAWNSTARTER IS A SCAM. the guy came and said my yard would cost $230 BUT HE WOULD TAKE $140 CASH TODAY to scam me.

i then tried GH and they sent someone out the next day for $50. Did an excellent job. EXCELLENT SERVICE SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED HIGHLY AND THATS PRECISELY GH. YOU CAN COUNT ON THEM. GIVE EM A TRY YOULL BE HAPPY YOU DID.

I’m new to Green Horizons so I’m learning how the service ordering process works but so far, they have exceeded my expectations for service. So far, the hedge and bush trimming work has been excellent. More work to come so I’ll keep you informed.

The last remaining work involving weeding, edge trimming, and mulching resulted in an excellent result. Very happy with all the work Green Horizons has done on my property.

My husband had major surgery recently so we contracted Green Horizons to do fall leaf cleanup. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but WOW they surpassed EVERY expectation I had!

It was a 2 visit cleanup, which didn't seem like enough to me, but each time there was not one leaf left in the yard, or the tree pods, or the areas in front of the garage, or porch, or deck etc.

And then the gigantic leaf sucking machine came and was just as amazing at picking up every single leaf!

After the experience this year I'm pretty sure we may never do fall leaf cleanup again! AND they suck them all up with no bags or other extras needed.

Prompt service and quality workmanship! Love their online scheduling.

We had experienced so many poor lawn service companies until we finally found Green Horizons. They do an outstanding job! Outstanding! Our lawn has so many perennial beds and they were so careful when cleaning them out. Plus their technicians are so nice! Thank you for your great service!

I’ve noticed a few recent bad reviews about Green Horizons but I have used them for a number of years for all my service needs at my home in Plymouth. Their workers are always very nice , fast, and efficient in doing my services. I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends to support the local company I’ve enjoyed having a relationship with. I really appreciate the snow service they provide as I’ve never had to worry about when and if they are going to show up to complete my service.

This company is awesome. They go above and beyond expectations. Worth every dollar spent!

Used to be a good service but has gotten steadily worse yesterday after year. Uneven mowing, leaving grass trimmings everywhere, trying to cut the whole lawn with a weed eater instead of a lawn mower.

With our tiny yard (and 40% of it landscaped/wood-chipped), we’re always surprised that the service feels the need to use the huge ride-on piece of equipment to apply the treatment chemicals. Today, we were home when the tech drove his big machinery THROUGH a narrow woodchipped “perennial garden” located between a maple tree and the side of our house…especially when he had access along the opposite side of our house to get to the backyard.

Worst service we have ever had. Signed up for prepay, the plows came about 24 hours after the snow had ended when they did come. Several times this winter we partially shoveled the drive so we could get out, apparently they decided it did not have to be done so when they came so they literally plowed us in and never entered our driveway (we live on a private road so no city plowing) or did the walk as per our contract. Today April 11, 2019, they did our neighbors but not us. When I called they said our contract ended end of March but they would do driveway only for $51. Will NEVER use again.

Have had a very difficult time getting services scheduled. Have called in multiple times and said services would be performed that week only to be debated and not scheduled. Have used them for a # of years with high satisfaction, but seem be having a number of issues in 2925. Called today and they said it would be completed tomorrow, but will believe it when I see it. I would have rated a 1 star, but when they do the work it has gone well and historically have been much more punctual…hope they can get back to 5?star service…

Update-did not show up on Friday or this weekend with no communication why. Spring aeration is now summer aeration. Would find another place for service if I were you….

I've used Green Horizons years -- and they have been consistently a great company! REALLY easy online services -- and humans' answer the phone when needed. Love that.

Highly suggest use them.

This is the first experience I have had with your company. So far, I am impressed. Effiecient and clean.
I do not want my gutter cables that are showing by the rain gutters to be trimmed or pulled. They are to be left in that position.
I am looking forward to a great year with Green Horizons.
