Very professional lawn maintenance service. I am using them to fertilize, cut, and maintain my lawn. This is my first time using them and so far, so good. I’ll update this as the lawn season and summer progresses. Prices are fair and they have taken pride in the work done so far.

I have had other lawn service providers and have had varied results. I am SO impressed with Bluegrass! No one has ever trimmed around every one of my trees (I have tons of trees), and picked up sticks in my yard! Not only did they blow the grass off my driveway, they also blew the rest of my driveway for me! I am very pleased!!!

Our yard was in terrible condition but Nazary came and did a good job at cleaning up and resetting the yard effectively. He came really soon and gave us top notch service. We have used other lawn service companies, and although it is early in the season, we are so impressed! We hired Bluegrass for fertilizer treatment and weekly mowing and the attention to detail is top notch. Great company all around! The owner is friendly and responsive.

I highly recommend! I was pushing for a very early spring cleanup and dethatching. The owner wouldn't budge on the date I wanted it to happen because he didn't want to do damage to my lawn. Later found out that they consider soil temperature and water content in the yard, from the previous winter. The service was definitely worth the wait. To say they're thorough, would be an understatement. After they absolutely nailed the service. I signed up for their 5 step step weed control/fertilizer offer and and a looking forward to a great looking lawn this summer. I'm definitely not paid to say this, check out this company for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

I have been a customer of Bluegrass for four years. They did excellent work! I accepted that Nazary was often slow to respond because of how great a job he did. Recently however, he has become unreliable and completely unresponsive. It’s unprofessional.

In November, we agreed to a Fall cleanup, and he repeatedly didn’t show (twice). He suggested it would be fine to wait until Spring and offered a discount because of the lapsed Fall cleanup. Now he is unresponsive when I try to arrange the Spring cleanup and Summer mowing. I’ve emailed, texted, and left at least one voicemail in the past month. I actually feel a little bad writing this review in case something happened to him. I’ve been happy to pay him for his services, but ghosting customers isn’t good business.

Edit in response to Nazary's response: I'm truly glad you are okay! Unfortunately, what you wrote is not reality. First, as you can see in the attached photos, I requested to be on the Spring Clean Up list on March 3, before you even sent the mailer out. By early April, I had called multiple times & texted. I continued to call throughout the Summer to try to arrange mowing. I'm confused as to why you won't take my money.

Bluegrass Outdoor Services is the best! They do a great job at cleaning up the snow and preparing the yard for Spring and Summer. We couldn't be without Bluegrass!!

This was the first year I used Bluegrass Outdoor Services. The lawn service Nazary provided was exceptional. We never had any issues and the yard always looked great when he was done. He was also available if I had any questions and very responsive to get back to me if I left a message. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for someone to take care of your lawn.

I’ve been using Bluegrass for over 5 years now. I contract them for residential mowing, fertilizing, and spring cleanup. Nazary (the owner) is one of the most dependable and hardworking people I’ve met. His work is exceptional, my lawn looks amazing, and he always gets it done rain or shine. After churning through subpar vendors for several years, I feel fortunate to work with Nazary and Bluegrass.

The Grounds Crew has been great to work with. They consistently follow through on requests in a timely manner, eliminating the need for any follow-ups. When I arrive on-site at 6:45 AM, the work is already completed as discussed, allowing me to simply take photos for our job files. This level of efficiency is greatly appreciated, especially given that the sidewalks and drive lanes around the property are public spaces with liability considerations. Their professionalism and reliability make a significant difference in maintaining a safe and well-managed site.

The Grounds Crew LLC has provided reliable, efficient snow removal service for my home residence this winter season. I appreciate the excellent customer support, communication and snow advisories they provide for each snow event. The Grounds Crew delivers a professional service at a reasonable rate that allows me to focus on my business and not my driveway. A great team and I highly recommend their service.

I hired The Grounds Crew to clean up my yard after the winter, and they totally transformed it. They removed all the debris, trimmed the bushes, and even edged the lawn perfectly. It looked like a brand new yard! Very impressed with their attention to detail.

Used them for a year. Late summer and fall into a spring and early summer. Worst weeds we have had. Regret switching to them. Was told the next application was to kill the weeds. My expectation was to prevent not kill after they appear.

I highly recommend The Grounds Crew. I called them on a tight schedule needing work done ahead of time for a party and they were able to meet my timeline even with stormy weather where we lost a few days. The communication is great as well. They are easy to reach if you need to speak with someone and their crew is friendly and efficient. 5/5 thanks TGC!
