I’ve been using The Grounds Crew for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the difference they’ve made, especially with weed control. My lawn was starting to get overrun, and everything I tried on my own didn’t seem to work. Since they started treating it, the weeds have almost completely disappeared and the grass looks great! The team is super friendly and always takes the time to answer my questions. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I’ve used The Grounds Crew for two years now. I have never had to worry whether or not they were going to show up. The constant communication is wonderful since this is a summer home. The driveway is always plowed in a timely manner. As far as mowing goes, if rain prevents them from being able to mow on the scheduled day, they will send me an email which is wonderful and let me know that they will mow the following day.

Highly recommend The Grounds Crew LLC for fertilizer weed control! They have great customer service in the office and field staff.

Have tried for years to get rid of Creeping Charlie with no luck. after hiring TGC LLC in one season the mean old CC is almost totally eradicated. Great job crew. also, very professional and keeps me informed with what is going on.

At first, I felt the services I expected weren’t fulfilled, and it seemed like they were just another company trying to take advantage of the public. Since I was hospitalized and hard to reach, I initially decided not to use their services. However, they made the effort to reach out and make things right. Because of that, I would now recommend them to anyone—give them a try.

Last fall, the time came to say "good-by" to a generation and with it our two-family twin home of 43 years. To ensure the property (listed for sale) remained safe, accessible, and attractive throughout the fall and winter we called on The Grounds Crew to do the job...we were not disappointed!

As winter approached, each time there was a forecast of accumulating snow we received notice in advance that crews would be watching the weather and prepared to respond. Their attention to detail gave us assurance that snow would be removed timely, and we're happy to report it was accomplished, and without damage to the property!

This was our first experience with The Grounds Crew. We have a big yard with a lot of mature trees, so fall cleanup has to handle a lot of leaves. The Grounds Crew sent out one person to blow, mulch, and vacuum up the leaves, and he did a great job. He was very efficient and cleaned up the yard in less time than I expected. I'm very happy we chose The Grounds Crew this year and look forward to working with them in the future.

Highly recommend TGC to anyone looking for lawn service. I compared multiple vendors and found them to be the best deal. But not only that, the customer service is phenomenal. You will reach someone on the phone line or get a call back right away, and their email communication of service timing is great. Kudos to Bob R who is very nice and proficient at his work. I wish I could share more pictures over time, but here is a before (early May) and 2 months after picture (early July). Pictures don’t lie. Their services have revived my lawn, especially as I dealt with unhealthy grass and contagious weeds. Another important aspect as they’ll tell you is that regular watering is necessary too. I will continue to use TGC bc they save me so much time in maintaining my lawn and on top of that, make me proud to have such a nice looking lawn.

I am the maintenance director at Redeemer Residence Nursing home in S Minneapolis. After being very disappointed and frustrated with our previous snow removal contract I found TGC for our 2025 snow removal and I speak for the whole building when I say that we could not be more satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the work they do!
Since Contracting with TGC for our snow removal this year I haven't had a single day where I have even had to salt our sidewalks because The Grounds Crew team is so on top of the snow, even when we just have a dusting of snow.
Just the other day in our morning meeting on of our social workers said that the daughter of one of our residents is part of the company that insures our building, and she complimented us on how clean all oir sidewalks and parking lots are of snow and ice.

Very happy with our Grounds Crew experience. Our previous lawn care provider did a fine job when it came to actual services, but communicating with them and getting clear expectations about when they would arrive and what they would bill was next to impossible. With TGC you can easily get someone on the phone and get updates about scheduling, invoices, booking and pricing on the portal. It's all very clear, which I appreciate. Our yard is a large double lot with several mature oak trees so it's a major job doing fall cleanup. TGC thoroughly and efficiently prepared us for winter with all the leaf removal. A huge weight off our shoulders to have done before snow falls!

I just finished up a big project with Charlie that included regrading our yard, pruning and removing trees, irrigation, sod installation, mulch beds, and installing a paver patio. The work was done quickly, with prompt communication throughout, and he finished two weeks before the deadline I had asked him to meet. I know the weather helped with that, but he made sure nothing slowed down in order to make it. Very grateful for a beautiful finished yard!
