Never using this company again I had the worst experience with them I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, I had them come in and clean and im pretty sure I had payed them for absolutely nothing I couldn’t believe it, it was still so dirty I mean that I could of had my two year old do I better job then what they did honestly and when I talked to them about it they were so rude I would give a half a star if I could.

Always in a hurry, ran through house, missed things consistently. Charged a lot per hour and I would not hire them again. Poor value and quality.

They did a great job helping my sister do a final clean for her sale of her house. The person on the phone was very helpful and the job was done to perfection!!

The manager was friendly and professional as she explained the company's services and when we set up the appointment. The employees did excellent work, professional and efficient. They were happy to answer all my questions.

Inconsistent cleaning, always seemed to be things they missed, mediocre cleaning at best - the cleaners are on a tight schedule and it shows. Rarely had the same cleaners - did not like random people in my house on a regular basis. Always seemed to get a call the day of my cleans with some issue either needing to switch days or times. Unprofessional management. The final straw was when it was brought to my attention that on multiple occasions the cleaners were found in areas of my home (doors closed) they were NOT due to clean. Would not recommend.

Staff turn over, lack of attention to requested focus areas and poor business management. Tried to raise the rate 20 minutes before scheduled cleaning and then didn’t send crew because of refusal of rate increase. There should have been at least a 30 day notice and discussion prior to the day of cleaning.

If you read the response the owner claims I was a great fit and I could have worked there but actually she denied me on the basis of my hair being a fun color and told me I'm an unprofessional child who should know no one will hire you with hair like that. Obviously that's a lie, would give them a much lower rating if I could. I would just recommend not using them til they learn having colored hair has nothing to do with being professional. I would also like folks to know they changed their response from a kind one to a nasty one once they learned who I was.

Always punctual and professional! We moved here from Illinois and had to find a good house cleaning crew that we could trust. Well, we found them! The Ladies are thorough and detail oriented. I love coming home after they have been here! Little things like vacuum lines and the ends of the TP made into shapes make me happy! I trust each and every one on Rebecca's crew. They are awesome with our dog who thinks they are here to play with her. I can't say enough about Polishing Touch!

I’m feeling fantastic. I’m relaxing, enjoying my beautifully clean house. I have used The Polishing Touch for many years. I find the staff always professional, well skilled and personable. They arrive on time and are thorough and focused. The owner Rebecca Hardwick trains her staff well and from a client’s point-of-view is responsive and flexible (which is important because I have some serious health concerns) and very respectful of client needs. You really couldn’t choose any better company.

We Mean to Clean did a fantastic job with our move out clean. They were prompt, did a excellent job cleaning all areas of our large home (5 bed, 4 bath), and their rate was very fair. I can't recommend them enough.
