I hired Commercial Steam Team to clean my old worn-out carpets that had not been cleaned in years. I was hoping they could eliminate some of the grey areas in my entry and lighten some stains in my high-traffic areas. My carpets are old and need to be replaced; I didn't have a lot of hope.
I was delighted with the results. The cleaning far exceeded my expectations. The carpets are still old, but now, all the stains are gone, and they look presentable for the holidays.
The team was very professional. From my initial call to the final swipe of my credit card, everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. They communicated their ETA, made recommendations that I appreciated, and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them with no hesitation to anyone needing carpet cleaning services.

We hired the team to clean our company's carpets 9500sq feet. the team was quick and efficient. after the work was complete there was a couple of areas that had spots to no fault of the cleaning so Russ kindlily offered to return and retry to remove the old stains some did improve and lighten but overall, we were very impressed with the customer service. I have used Commercial Steam Team for about eight years after having poor performance with a residential cleaner. It is always east to make appointments usually in 1-3 days. Prices are reasonable. I have had them do rugs, carpets and even furniture. The teams (this year it was Tim and Walter) are courteous, explain, things well, are careful around the house.

Very fast and effective. If I had known the process before hand I could have planned the areas in our apartments that would be blocked off for drying better. Talk to them before they come out if you need to notify residents ahead of time.

Great scheduling for my carpet. The two gentlemen who came to do the carpet cleaning listened to what I had to say and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpeting. I would recommend them to anyone.

The team was very professional. They worked hard to clean my carpets after removing popcorn ceiling and repairing the plastered ceiling.
