Recently the Cleaning Authority visited my house to perform their usual bi -weekly cleaning. I was very concerned because I generally like to do a little "pre-cleaning cleaning" and hadn't been able to do so. Clutter, parts of a collapsing Christmas Tree, and general unkemptness abounded in my home. As it turned out, I had nothing to be concerned about. I was very pleased with the job they did, and they even made my bed.
Excellent work. And all in quick time.

Overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness (and fresh, clean smell!) when I got home from work. The only item I would ask for assistance for from TCA is regarding my guest bathroom which is on the lower level of my townhome. Due to 1. My water softener being currently broken - therefore only hard water- and 2. That bathroom rarely being used, I have some heavy duty stains in the toilet I haven’t been able to get rid of. Does TCA have anything that could tackle these stains in one of their upcoming visits? Thank you.

This was not the case with the 2 previous cleans. Rushing to get done in record time means there are things not done or not done well. Sopping wet wood floors, garbage cans not emptied, furniture not dusted and some carpets not vacuumed definitely made me an unhappy customer.

I used The Cleaning Authority to do a a good thorough clean of the main areas of my home. They had a flexible schedule. Came on time. They did such a good job! Exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority to anyone who asks and will definitely use them again in the future.

Everything was clan and smelled great when I got home. However my mirror dressers were not cleaned well. But overall they did an excellent job!

The clean is not always consistent, sort of depends on the crew. Today they were thorough and did a great job (spent about 1.5hrs cleaning). The other crew spends about 45 minutes and misses spots. The price is good, but quality not always there.

Please do not use this service. They initially stated that they would send 2 people for 3 hours to clean our house. The first week they came for about 2 hours and did a very mediocre job. I would get home and it would be next to impossible to tell if they had been there or not. Our house is generally clean but they would do such a poor job of cleaning floors and bathrooms that it would be hard to see a difference. They said they would empty garbages but usually on collected about half and then would leave the bags at the back door!!! How is this helpful? They sent different teams but they were all poor. On average they would actually be in our house for an hour which is just not enough time to do any kind of real clean. They leave a note each time of the areas they focused on which just became a joke because they would always still be dirty.

The crew did a great job today. They were very thorough. My house sure looks nice!

We have had issues only one time and realized it was due to a team that had several complaints. The manager was receptive to the feedback and we were offered a re-clean to make it right. The service is quick and thorough and affordable!

I was so excited to find a company with reasonable cleaning rates, and a team of cleaners that promised to be thorough and punctual. Our 1st cleaning went relatively well. There were a few areas missed, but nothing too major. 1 week later we had cleaners at our front door at 7:45am, when they were not schedule that day. I turned them away, and 5 days later they came to my door once again at a time that was not scheduled. I contacted the manager, Karen, and reiterated our agreement which I had talked to her about 5 times prior to this phone call. The cleaners arrived on Friday afternoon, and did a great job. But then 3 days later another group of cleaners arrived at my front door ready to clean. I once again contacted Karen and she blamed the error on the computer, even though I had spoken with her directly now 7 times about our schedule, which was once every 2 weeks. Each time we had a team at our door, it was someone new. Out of the many times someone was at our door, only one time did someone speak a English well enough to understand what I was telling them. We finally parted ways with this company only after 2 cleanings. I could not take the risk of leaving my door unlocked and coming downstairs to strangers in out home without notice. Their scheduling was extremely unorganized, and Karen did not seem to comprehend what was going on, and acted as though we had never had communication about cleaning rotations.

The team did a good really excellent job cleaning my house today. Overall good cleaning. Have used the service for many years, mostly ever time resulted in a good job, quick and thorough. Took about one and a half hours.

Amanda is superb! She’s a parent and gets how to maintain and support a household in a beautiful manner that makes it easier to maintain! Love her attention to detail!!

Laurie and Amanda were swift, efficient, energetic and very attentive to detail. I was so happy and taken care of! Staff are kind, courteous, compassionate and energetic! They are thorough and dependable

Had a move out clean scheduled. What they cleaned, they cleaned well. We had asked them to call us if they needed more time. Never got a call, and they had not finished. Left cleaner in the oven. Went a month or two without an invoice. No idea if they sent it to the old address (mail forwarding should have caught it if they did). Finally got the bill settled and their customer service, when they called, was helpful.

My advice would be to stay with the house so they can ask in person, and settle up on the day of the clean when they're in person. They clean excellently, their administration struggles, in my experience.

This is my second time, so good to have it looking good again!

I love The Cleaning Authority. Each cleaning is a job well done. They are so accommodating when I need a schedule change.

Not very happy with the cleaning this time. They missed cleaning the kitchen table. The wood floors do not look clean. They were only here for about an hour which is not enough time. Mirrors have streaks. It just looks like they rushed through and don't feel like this team did a great job or they were not allotted enough time to clean my house. Typically the teams that I like will fluff and straighten pillows and blankets and make it feel like my house got the attention I expect.

Very impressed after my second clean! Easy to access app and easy to manage scheduling. The clean itself is wonderful and so nice to come home to! Our kid toys and things are abundant, but the team manages to still leave everything looking tidy. Thankful to have found TCA!

Overall a great service. Neither of technicians were English speaking so communication was limited. The main bedroom closet was missed so I had to remind the technician to finish it. The crew was a husband/wife team. She was pregnant and I don’t think she was feeling well. I think that he did most of the work. The house was left in sparkling condition!

The cleaners were very nice respectable people. It was their first time here and they did a good job. I was told to look for anywhere they had missed and I did that and they completed those places. I look forward to when they come back the next time!
