Wow… best job yet! The floors look great and the kitchen sparkles.

They were on time, worked efficiently, left some cute touches with artfully folded towels in the bathrooms, and cleaned everything carefully. I have lots of knick knacks, and the shelves are all dust free. Everything looks great! Same was true for my second cleaning appointment. My house has not been this clean since it was built!

On my 4th cleaning now, still great service, friendly people, and they will always take care of any areas that are needing special attention. Best thing I ever did for myself!

There was a language barrier as the team that came spoke only Spanish, Google translate was used. Very thorough and pleased overall for a first clean.

Update: After continuing to use their services now for over a year, I am very pleased. They are consistent, always smiling, and with a little guidance/instruction are very thorough. Would recommend the company!

Admittedly, I never scheduled anything but the phone call was so unbelievably awkward I couldn't do it. She just exuded disinterest and all I was talking about was a 1 time visit for 1 tiny room in a condo! I guess I'm sorry for making you exert yourself answering the phone!

1 year in I love my crew. They're fantastic and communicative... This luxury will be the first to go as soon as one of us is laid off but hopefully that day never comes.

We are very happy with this cleaning service. They are always so nice and do a great job making the house feel great. The extra touches and attention to detail are always appreciated!

Company is a trainwreck. The worst part is working with the management. Their phone system supposedly can't return calls but they won't get it fixed. They don't respond if YOU manage to reach the office or send an email. The manager doesn't respond to her text. Corporate doesn't respond. The workers can't speak English (more non existent communication). Cleaning is poor and you can't communicate WHY to them on the job because they can't understand you. They show up way early and way late. They were done in 80 minutes and charge $176 and things were not clean. My car is blocked from leaving or entering garage but they can't understand when you ask them to not block the garage and management would have to actually listen and then relay things to them. The whole thing reads like a gallows comedy script. This is a cool aid stand operation. Take your business elsewhere.

I am more than pleased with the two lady’s who cleaned my house today. It made me happy to see the results after they had left. They did a very good job. But on top of that they brought my groceries in that had gotten delivered. I am hard of moving and they didn’t ask or make a big deal of it , they just helped. It made me cry. It was a great team and I hope they know how appreciative I am.
