He came out the same day to provide a quote, which we really appreciated. Great communication for upcoming seasonal renewals! Love the reminders and ability to easily adjust accommodations each year.

They aerated my yard last year and everything was great so had them out again this year. Totally different story. This year it tore up large areas of my yard. Worst area was 3 feet wide by 8 feet long and some chunks were up to 6 inches deep. Instead of placing the pulled out pieces back in the hole they were just tossed near them so the yard looked horrible. I don't like leaving negative reviews but the company has not responded to my recent email inquires.

For multiple years, The Grounds Crew has done an excellent job preparing our yard for the Winter and making it look great in the Spring. Work that would be challenging, time consuming and not done well by us is handled by their team with ease.

Following the building of our new home we had our lawn hydroseeded. Shortly thereafter however we discovered we had a HUGH crab grass problem which led us to contacting The Grounds Crew. Bob has provided personalized lawn care and targeted treatments which in our case included a second application of the pre-emergent treatment. Our lawn has looked great all year. Thank you Bob!

My driveway, sidewalk and stoop were thoroughly cleared of snow. As there were minor snowfalls and then a more significant one, they kept me up to date with emails so that I knew when to expect the service. So nice not to have to do it myself!

I’ve been using The Grounds Crew for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the difference they’ve made, especially with weed control. My lawn was starting to get overrun, and everything I tried on my own didn’t seem to work. Since they started treating it, the weeds have almost completely disappeared and the grass looks great! The team is super friendly and always takes the time to answer my questions. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I’ve used The Grounds Crew for two years now. I have never had to worry whether or not they were going to show up. The constant communication is wonderful since this is a summer home. The driveway is always plowed in a timely manner. As far as mowing goes, if rain prevents them from being able to mow on the scheduled day, they will send me an email which is wonderful and let me know that they will mow the following day.

Highly recommend The Grounds Crew LLC for fertilizer weed control! They have great customer service in the office and field staff.

Have tried for years to get rid of Creeping Charlie with no luck. after hiring TGC LLC in one season the mean old CC is almost totally eradicated. Great job crew. also, very professional and keeps me informed with what is going on.

At first, I felt the services I expected weren’t fulfilled, and it seemed like they were just another company trying to take advantage of the public. Since I was hospitalized and hard to reach, I initially decided not to use their services. However, they made the effort to reach out and make things right. Because of that, I would now recommend them to anyone—give them a try.

Charlie and his team were top notch. Charlie was consistent in communication about our projects and was patient and helpful with finalizing our landscaping needs. I highly recommend The Grounds Crew
