We had a really great experience across with board with MNRC. Many thanks to our rep, Lalo, as he was super responsive and communicated very often and well with us throughout the process. The insurance back-and-forth I'm sure was super arduous for Lalo especially, but he was always so calm and clear with us with where the process was and what we needed to do along the way.

The team that actually did the roof work was so efficient, all very kind and respected all things on our property - even my plants! The roof now looks better than I would have expected. I strongly recommend MNRC and we felt really able to trust this MN local company - thanks, guys!

Dan Dye of MNRC facilitated my roof/gutter/garage service door hail claim. He met with the insurance adjuster to inspect my roof, submitted the claim information, brought shingle samples and kept us informed of the scheduling. Roof looks great and was completed in one day. House was protected with draping, chip board panels.

Charlie and MNRC was AMAZING to work with! After a major hail storm damaged our roof and siding, Charlie was able to work with us and our insurance company to get full replacement of both approved. Many of our neighbors with other contractors were forced through color matching practices with their insurance companies. Materials were ordered quickly and crews finished our house before most of the others in our neighborhood. Charlie was extra helpful in picking roof and siding colors, making multiple stops by our place to look at options via physical samples and modeling software. Could not be more pleased and will be our first call when any other home repairs need to be made.

OMG! We just had our house re-sided and we’re so, so, so impressed! Kevin O’Meara was so great to work with and made this all happen. The siding team was just as impressive! Our house looks and feels like a brand new place! Who knew that getting rid of the decorative vent in the peak above the garage door and replacing it with board-n-batten would be such a game changer! The dumpster was picked up the morning after the install and the electrician was here the following morning to re-install our outlets and lights. This whole experience was so well managed and executed! High fivers!

I had an amazing experience with Dan Dye! He came out to look at my lake property after we had a hail storm. The process went smooth, Dan handled everything for me every step of the way. He kept me informed and was always available to answer any questions I had. The build went flawlessly and I’m extremely happy with the results! I have to say this is the best experience we have had in years working with various contractors. It was really pleasant working with MNRC to replace our roof due to hail damages. Particularly the salesman Lalo Jimenez is fantastic in communication and being honest, transparent and professional in the whole process. The crew are very professional and know what they are doing. I am very pleased with the quality of work they produced and efficient communication during the whole process. I definitely would recommend Lalo and MNRC to my family and friends.

Adam came out after I had noticed some water stains on my ceiling. He did a great job troubleshooting, trying to figure out where the water may have come from. We identified some potential causes and he came back out a few days later to address one of them. He communicated what he was seeing and what he planned to do very well and responded quickly.

Dan Dye has been my primary contact throughout our roofing project. He was able to help me make a claim the same day he inspected and found wind damage. I have been able to reach out to him with all my questions and he has been knowledgeable, patient, kind and quick to respond. He went above and beyond to be here when the insurance inspector was here and even stopped by later in the evening the day the roofing project was completed. It can be a confusing process with insurance companies but Dan and MNRC have been a trusted partner. We love our new roof!

My experience with MNRC was great! Kevin O was my Field Rep that came out and inspected my roof. He took pictures of all the issues he saw on the roof, showed them to me, and explained why they mattered. He told me from what he saw, I should have no problem getting insurance to cover a replacement. Insurance inspector came out, agreed with most everything Kevin showed me, and granted a full replacement. Kevin stayed in contact with me via email and text thru the whole process. Roofers that came out on Friday were amazing. Super friendly, super careful about my property and things around it. Started ripping things down at 6:45am and rolled off the lot at 2pm. They did such a great job with the roof AND the cleaning! I have only found a single nail after 4 days of walking around the house. Kevin came out 2 days after the roof install to inspect and walk around looking for nails or garbage himself. Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. Already talking to neighbors that were amazed at the speed and cleanliness of my experience.

Look at MNRC if you need repairs or replacement. Ask for Kevin O. too. You don't regret looking at a company that offers higher quality products and service. Thank you for my new Barkwood roof!

We had our House and Garage roofs shingled through MNRC and we are very pleased with the outcome. The whole process took one day and our yard was left very clean afterwards. These guys worked really hard (14 hours) and were very pleasant and respectful. Thank you Keaton for coordinating this project. We couldn't be happier!

MNRC installed my new roof two summers ago. This winter, with the constant freezing and thawing, I had a small hidden ice dam that lead to water leaking in my garage. I worked with Frank Esbaugh and Tony Johnson From MNRC. Frank coordinated much of the work while Tony actually completed all the fixes. They were quick to respond, helpful, and worked hard to quickly fix the roof issues. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond. They were also willing to discuss the roof and leak with my water mitigation specialist to work on a plan to fix collectively. It’s not fun or easy to deal with water damage, but I’m glad I could work with MNRC on this!

Great quality, best experience! We were very lucky to work with Dan Dye at MNRC to have our roof replaced. It was being replaced due to storm damage, therefore insurance was involved.
