Issue: Stagnant water on a big area of lawn.
Tanner assessed the condition of the lawn and around the house. He came up with a french-drain solution and, couple of days later, provided me with an estimate with a plan. The crew started the work and kept me updated with the progress. Even though the project took longer than originally planned because of some incorrect information available to us at the time, and a major underground gas line a crucial location, Tanner and his team replanned the work and continued. The crew was always willing to answer any question I had and willing to take suggestions. So far, the yard doesn't have any stagnant water any more even after heavy rain.

AAA Reick's went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our project. We had a brick planter on top of our well room (previous owner moved front door and they decided to throw the planter over it. Nothing but problems. Caused mold, many cracks and holes in the foundation, etc. If you live in Richfield, you know about well rooms.

They not only removed the planter (which was something they had not run across before), but ran into more problems with how the planter was built on top of the well room cap.

Great communication.Tony came with his photos of work they had done (especially on well rooms), explained everything very well (to someone who has no idea about these things). I didn't feel like I was being sold or pressured on anything. We had a contractor who didn't seem to do exactly what AAA Reick's does and tried to charge an insane amount for drain tile. AAA Reick's got right to the source of our water problems WITHOUT having to do a $17k drain tile project.

I thought the cost of this project was very reasonable.

Water was leaking into my basement. AAA Reicks rep came out and gave me an estimate immediately. Contract and clearly drawn proposal helped me see work plan and location. When I had questions about window wells, the company boss phoned me to discuss and help adjust the job to my requirements. He also connected with my hired concrete company to be sure their work was coordinated. That was very reassuring to me. The crew arrived on appointed day and worked steadily. They were friendly and willing to answer my questions during the job. So far, no more water leakage.

I have a finished basement that was getting water, so i was looking into exterior solutions. AAA Reick's specializes in fixing cracks from the outside and regrading the soil to lead water away from the house. A lot cheaper than a drain tile and from research just as effective.

Tony was super responsive. Got back to me within an hour if not immediately. When a hitch in the plan arose, he called and walked me through a solution

The crew did an excellent job. They were actually able to get me in almost a month earlier than scheduled and completed everything quickly and well.

I get yearly flooding in my basement and called a separate floodproofing company than AAA Reick's. I was recommended by that company to call AAA Reick's for my specific issue.

After AAA Reick's completed their job I was blown away by how they went above and beyond. Any plantation we were worried was going to get damaged was carefully worked around during the project. The job they did was not only expertly done, but was far more efficiently completed than I expected. On top of that, they performed some additional outside repair work, unrelated to the project, without charging or asking it. I am very happy with the level of work they've done for this project and cannot recommend them enough.

Our house was built in 1951. Since we began living in it in 1975, water has leaked into the unfinished basement during any significant rainfall. We accommodated the water by keeping property off the floor, leaving a clear path for the water to run out the floor drain, and mopping up puddles that remained.

Tony Reick proposed to solve our problem by excavating along the foundation, installing a plastic water barrier on the outside, patching holes on the inside, and landscaping the ground adjacent to the leaking areas so that water would flow away from the basement, rather than into it. He scheduled the work for the end of May. He and his crew performed the job on time, in accordance with his proposal. We have had no leaks since. What a relief! Thanks, Tony!

Tanner came out to assess our landscaping and whether or not it might be contributing to a water intrusion issue. He didn't think it was, and referred us to a different company to help with our issue. Tanner was on time, courteous, and professional. He was happy to explain everything in simple terms. I'd definitely trust Tanner and AAA Reick's in the future.

Tanner and his team put in a French drain for us. This was by no means a straight forward drainage issue. They did an amazing job. It's rare to find a contractor that is this professional. I would not hesitate to reccomend or use them again.

Rick and his team were respectful, professional, on-time, and easy to work with! They finished my project in one day and they were able to complete everything without needing to come inside our home! They were patient with me while I dug up some flowers and got them out of the way, and even put back my landscaping rocks! For my sake I hope I don't have to
call Rick's again - but I'd hire them again in a heartbeat if needed! 10/10!

Photos are AFTER they came, dug, repaired our basement, and replaced the fill! I was able to easily replant my flowers behind them and it's almost like it never happened- except no more water in our basement! 🤌

We worked with Ethan Olson for Capital Construction. He truly worked magic to get the homeowners insurance and the roof inspection to agree that our roof had hail damage everywhere. We appreciate his attention to our texts and questions we had. Ethan was with us from start to finish...can't say enough about our experience with Ethan and Capital Construction. The employees who worked on the roof, did a wonderful job and were very careful of our area around the base of the house. The whole process was seamless and done in a day. This is a great company to work with!

I can not say enough good things about Capital Construction! From beginning to end, it was a fantastic experience. Tara Hernandez was such a hard worker and a joy to work with. I received money from my insurance company and the insurance process was confusing to me. Tara kept it so simple and clear for me, and she was there for me every step of the way. The roofers were fast, professional, did a phenomenal job on the roof and window wraps. The clean up was great. This is the first time I have worked with Capital, I would work with them again in a second.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Ethan and the team at Capital Construction! We were told by previous companies that a new roof wouldn’t be covered by our insurance, but Ethan was very knowledgeable & professional, and he made it happen! Not only that, but he managed to get insurance to cover brand new skylights as well!! What a huge unexpected bonus!

We also hired them to replace our old gutters. Their work is fast, efficient, and high quality. Not to mention, they have very good customer service and were so quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had throughout the entire process. I dealt with Ethan Olson. He is a very knowledgeable young man whom truly values the customer and their concerns. Everything was timely from roof inspection to giving us a very reasonable quote and to installation. All done in less than two weeks. Roofers showed up on time and were done in half a day. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Capital Construction and our project manager Dan! We were clueless on where to begin with storm damage on an older roof, and Dan took us through the whole process and assisted us with all of the insurance paperwork. Making getting a new roof on the house, shed and garage a simple process. Dan took the time to walk us through everything from color choices to how to go about having our Dish network satellite reconnected. Dan came back two times after the work was complete to fill out some paperwork as our shingles are now an upgrade, and they needed the project managers signature, so we could reduce our homeowners insurance. He also met with one of our neighbors, that we look after, and helped her to get a new roof!

We were new to Minneapolis and our home needed a roof badly. Ethan came out right away, survayed and put on a temporary patch to stop our leak. The new asphalt shingle roof was up in a day, well done and no leaks. And Capital stuck with it with our problematic garage flat roof working had to get it right. I would highly recommend there work!

We were approached after a hail storm by Capital. The whole process went fast and we were satisfied with the completion of our roof. They have good communication.

i have had capital construction install a new roof on my house using GAF -hdz singles on 9-12-25. they did a great job replacing my roof and cleaning up afterwards and all in 1 day like they said. I would use company again for my next project and i was very happy with this company.

Capital Construction just finished replacing the shingles on our roof. John Hope's crew worked hard and diligently to do a good clean job.You could tell that they were used to working with each other and they finished the whole process in one day. John kept us informed about what was happening and was good about answering our questions.
